I have purchased Bajaj finance shares for intraday trading . I have tried to convert Mis shares of bajaj finance company to CNC delivery on April-09 at 3:05 PM. But the conversion of shares got failed due to Zerodha web application technical issue. I have enough balance in my account to purchase the share. I have reported the same in the form of complaint tickets on Zerodha but they are not responding to my created ticket id #[protected]. But there are other issues reported on zerodha post April-09, they resolved the issues except the current issue.
Due to their technical issue, i had to square of the MIS shares. For which i got a loss of around 90k on the day. I'm attaching three screenshots taken on that day, one is the dashboard where it shows i have enough balance in my account to purchase the shares and the second page is orders which shows there are no open orders placed and third page is positions where i tried to convert the bajaj finance MIS shares to CNC type.
