Zerodha — Zerodha is not closing my demat account even after 20 days of receipt of my signed physical Account closure form | |||
I have Demat account with zerodha, i wish to close my account, . I sold my shares, then zerodha deducted their due's, so i transfered the remaining balance to my bank a/c. Then, i downloaded Account Closure form from zerodha website. filled, signed & sent to Zerodha HQ in Banglore thru Professional courier on 1/July/2021. On 2/july/2021, i received a sms stating, received your application, will close your account in 5-7 working days. Today date is 20/July/2021, still not my demat account is active. i called support 4 times, whenever i asked about account closure, the executive is saying, "It will be closed by end of today". I raised few tickets too, but no response from zerodha. but nothing is happeneing. Friends, my kind request is, dont deal with zerodha. Was this information helpful? | |||
