[Resolved] Zestmoney — active loan from dmi finance | |
I was shocked when i seen my cibil report due to this — Active loan from dmi finance 23, 938 in my cibil report With current balance 2631 and 911 overdue amount which i have naver taken from zest money. When i call zest money they said we will correct it but its already 40 days passed from 8 july complaints they said we will correct in 30 days. Also i have send my updated cibil report again and again but no solution comes. I have raised dispute on transunion cibil. They have corrected some entries in this report on 20 july like current balance 2631 to 1 and overdue 911 to 0. But this was not corrected fully because the account is not closed still active. But again it was shocking when i seen same thing happened. When i seen updated 17 august cibil.com and transunion reports they have shown same 23938 loan current balance 2631 and 911 overdues. This is not good because to interfere other person account and give there confidential details to other companies like dmi finance by zest money. This made kind of making fool to coustmer already 45 days passed. They are unable to close this account Due to this my cibil negatively effected and also banks rejected my loan application due to low cibil score. Was this information helpful? | |
