    I had order stuffs from amazon, But amazon had decline order and zest money had provide me to pay loan. Why should i pay loan as my amazon order has been already decline. Plz cancel my zest loan.

      This is regarding the loan of 45533 (loan id: 667DE842A707). I have paid all the transactions before time but my cibil is still showing payment due for more than 90 days due to which my cibil score is impacting. I contacted the team multiple times as well, but there is no update from the team side.

          I bought redmi note 12 pro using zestmoney zero cost emi and successfully paid two emi before due date still not receiving intrest cashback. I connect to helpline daily but they say the same thing that the issue will resolve as soon as possible. I think it's big fraud

            I have repaid (Paid in advance) all the due amounts however lender is showing the amount as pending in my CIBIL report.
            Even after chasing the matter with Zest Money issue is not yet resolved. Loan account number 4D33M61701D5. Loan provider Piramal Finance.
            Please help somebody it is downgrading my CIBIL score.
            Piramal Finance also not helping in this matter. Don't know where to go for this.

              Zestmoney offered me personal Loan, then after I've applied for loan and its approved within no time and there appeared a page showing repayment options of loan which haven't been credited to my account.

                        The interest cashback is not getting credited. It’s been nearly 45 days but the Feb cashback has not been credited. Everytime I call they say tech issue and cannot even tell a timeframe by when it will get credited. One of the pathetic company I have ever come across. At the end if they are giving 0% int loan then why the hell they take int and then credit back in the form of cashback. It is all their scam of warning up the money and earning int out of it. And they have blunt responses ready for the customers which is tech issue.

                          I have taken some voucher cards from Zesmoney on EMIs but they promised they will pay the interest back to me as their service is zero interest EMI but for the past 5 months, they haven't paid me a single penny. So I stopped doing their EMI payments so these guys are harassing me by calling me and my contacts every day by calling 30 to 40 times.
                          I want them to pay my interest back then I will pay their EMIs also I want an apology from them for their harassment of me and my contacts who weren't even involved in this. Aside from this, these guys have lowered my CIBIL score I also want those rectifications to be made.
                          Please look into this matter seriously.

                            I applied for a loan from Zest Money and also got approved for it . I have received the Sanction letter and the EMI schedule and it also shows the info on app with the EMI starting from April . I had applied the Loan on 3 March and the Amount is still not credited . This is very unprofessional of the Zest Money Team. It says money is disbursed to your bank account it is pure scam.

                              It says my loan amount is disbursed but no money has been credited to my bank account also they have created emi schedule which they want us to pay what is this scam i request you to please cancel my loan.

                                I have made my first emi payment against the loan I had taken from zest money but the payment is not adjusted against the due in the app. I keep getting the reminders from zestmoney wherein I have already made the payment well in advance, I have even written mails to Customer care but there is no response either. Please help

                                      This is deepak, my account is still not activated after getting credit limit of 85k but the approval hasn't been done yet. From the past 10-15 days i have been told that it will get approved within 24-48 hours and no one gave me any other possible answer. What kind of customer service are you even providing! All documents submitted and all process have been made complete by my side.
