It's already more than 45 days, but my account has not been updated, after my every enquire & calls,
" your request is already forwarded, & our team is working on it in great manner"
Such kind of messages has been forwarded me.
Kindly provide the mail or any contact information of respective team, which deals with such issues, or working on it because they can give a right response or a reason of delay because atleast i know this, these kind of things like; updating Details, doesn't take much time, when you have been provided with every kind of mentioned details and documents .
I am really disappointed by getting same and same response from your side even I have done the task from my side & sent you all details many days back & i was assured by you team on call that details will be updated in 48 hours.
But as of today, it's already more than 45 days .
Zest, i am sorry to say but if such kind of things, issues will be faced by clients, they will be no longer there with you .
This is the last time, I am writing it, and kindly don't respond in a same way, it's a request.
I will be thankful enough if I will get a mail from your side about my updated bank details successfully, instead of the same ; our team is working .
I hope zest will not want to loose a valuable customer and will show this time with actions.

I have submitted all the documents three times, still the technical team is sleeping, and testing the patience of customers.
