I have paid all the payments on time but still, they have not updated that to Cibil. I tried to connect with them multiple times but they are only giving fake promises. I have submitted all the statements of all my loan accounts from ZestMoney it is clearly visible that I don't have any due amount for any of the accounts but still they are not able to solve my issue. It has been around 35 to 40 days since I'm pleasing them to solave my issue as I need a personal loan for some emergency reason but I'm not able to get it because of my bad cibil score for which ZestMoney is responsible.WORST App ever used. attached are all the proofs

I think they don't care about the problems which customers face because of them? Haven't got any reply from them after reaching out multiple times? Feeling helpless as I can't even apply for a loan because of the reduced cibil score due to their casual approach. Such a big company cat even corrects their mistakes??

        My EMI was Double Debited from my account
        My due date is on the 5th for which I paid one of my EMI manually on 5th Feb 2023 and it shows successful credit has reflected the dashboard on that time and on the same date I, e., 5th Feb 2023 the amount was auto debited by ZestMoney.

        If I approached Customer care with ref number #2758257, they are saying that it will get refunded in 5-7 business working days but it has been more than 10 days now and I haven't received my refund nor I am getting any proper update about it.

        Over the phone, they said it will be refunded within a week but now it has been more than a week and they are delaying it. Also, they never respond properly or update even after calling them and asking them several times.

        They don’t accept if we pay late or after the due date which affects of credit score.
        But we have to wait for months until they refund. As per policy the refund should happen within 5-7 days even after that we need to be patient and wait.
        We should accept if they don’t refund within time.
        They don’t accept it if we pay late but we should accept whether it’s 1 month to r 2 months for a refund.
        Such a fraudulent company.

        Even till now no update from the company and no response. It’s been 1 1/2 month and still only word they keep on saying is wait for another 15day. When ever I call it starts again 15days .

          Address: ZestMoney (Camden Town Technologies Pvt Ltd), Ground & Third Floor, Indiqube Celestia, Site No. 19 & 20, Koramangala 1A Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru

          I have taken a loan of rupees 37434/- from ZestMoney on April 05th, 2022. Which I repaid into 3 EMI's,

          1. May 02nd 2022
          2. June 01st, 2022
          3. July 03rd, 2022

          Though I have repaid my loan in EMIs within my due dates and closed from my side, finance company ZestMoney has not closed it from their side in systems and reporting to CIBIL with incorrect information(with still outstanding due amount).

          I have reported to ZestMoney many times but still, no progress is made from ZestMoney side.

          Reporting to CIBIL with incorrect information has affected my CIBIL a lot, which affected my loan oppurtunities as well as bad image to finiancial organizations about my finance experience.

              I wanted to purchase a mobile from Cashify hauz khas store (Retail Fiesta) which is Zest Money's Partner. Loan amount of Rs. 40, 000 has been approved and my zest money wallet got debited and EMI cycle for 6 months has been created but Cashify told me that they haven't received any amount and it is not showing on their portal (Zest Money and Cashify Integrated Partner's portal). So Cashify refuses to give me mobile phone and decided to cancel the loan and mailed the zest money to cancel the loan. But it's been 2 weeks since both me and merchant (cashify) were following up with them about the cancellation of the loan and they are not giving me any updates. Loan ID- BC9A9A65EC93
              Please close this loan in next 2 days on priority. Who will be responsible if EMI statement will come?

I want this loan to be cancelled in next 2 days otherwise I will further escalate this issue to higher authorirtes.

                  ZestMoney have been dedicating amount from my account in the name of bounce repayments when I have made advance repayments and have closed other payments manually after paying late fee charges. As soon as some amount get credited in my account, these pay auto debit the amount. I checked the bank also, mo emi are shown under my account and no auto payment has been activated. They are deducting money from my account with my concern and approval and claiming to not return it back. The customer support is even worse.

                    My Emi was Double Time Debited from my account
                    My due date is the 5th for which I have given Rs 3, 864.40. One of Emis manually paid on 5th Feb 2023 and it shows successful credit has reflected the dashboard on that time and on the same date i, e., 5th Feb 2023 the amount was auto debited in two parts by ZestMoney (Rs 2, 826.00 and Rs 1, 038.40)

                    If I approach Customer care, they are saying that it will get refunded in 5-7 business working days but it has been more than 10 days now and I haven't received my refund nor I am getting any proper update about it. Also, I have submitted my bank statement to ZestMoney, via email.

                      Good Afternoon,
                      I am Partha Sarker using Zestmoney since June, 22 without any payment defaults or with any other payment apps. Still my Zestmoney limit is been blocked without any proper reason ans prior notice/warning and as a result I am unable to use my credit limit.
                      And also i have logged in into an financial institution tied up with Zestmoney namely, Aditya Birla Finance and it still showing that i haven't made the payment whereas i have already paid in Zestmoney.
                      Hope my concern will be looked after immediately.
                      And my credit limit would be unblocked which is been blocked without any VALID REASON.

                        I have made a no. of requests to change my bank account details in the portal so that I can pay my EMI and receive the cashback in my new bank account .
                        Everytime I have been asked to share the new bank details and was told by the customer care that it will be updated within 3 days but now it has been more than 45 days, I have already shared the latest bank details and all documents multiple times and you everytime give me some silly reasons that there is some technical issue, team is working on it etc.

                        If you are not able to change the bank account details at least tell me the procedure how can I get my cashback which I receive after paying the EMI.

                        Request you to address this asap as I need to pay my EMI.

                          It's already more than 45 days, but my account has not been updated, after my every enquire & calls,

                          " your request is already forwarded, & our team is working on it in great manner"
                          Such kind of messages has been forwarded me.

                          Kindly provide the mail or any contact information of respective team, which deals with such issues, or working on it because they can give a right response or a reason of delay because atleast i know this, these kind of things like; updating Details, doesn't take much time, when you have been provided with every kind of mentioned details and documents .

                          I am really disappointed by getting same and same response from your side even I have done the task from my side & sent you all details many days back & i was assured by you team on call that details will be updated in 48 hours.
                          But as of today, it's already more than 45 days .
                          Zest, i am sorry to say but if such kind of things, issues will be faced by clients, they will be no longer there with you .
                          This is the last time, I am writing it, and kindly don't respond in a same way, it's a request.
                          I will be thankful enough if I will get a mail from your side about my updated bank details successfully, instead of the same ; our team is working .
                          I hope zest will not want to loose a valuable customer and will show this time with actions.
                          In the last hope.
                          I have submitted all the documents three times, still the technical team is sleeping, and testing the patience of customers.

                            Hi sir,
                            I have purchased redmi pad from Xiaomi website using zest money only for the purpose of offer cashback which they offered during the festive season of October. I had signed up with zestmoney for only this purpose. I'm eligible of receiving the offer cashback since 5th January 2023. But the company has not credited my money to the bank account. I feel like being cheated by zestmoney. Even after multiple calls and emails to the customer care they didn't credit my money. Please look up into this matter sir.

                              I have closed my loan before many years, but till now it's showing unpaid in my cibil, because of it i couldn't buy any normal consumer loan itself, pls don't spoil people life by your mistake

                                I bought a mobile from relience digital with zest money with the offer of 10% cachback after 3 successfull EMI.

                                My last and EMI i paid on 5th November and offer cachback should be credit after 15 days of 5th November but still i am waiting for that.

                                I called more then 50 times in customer support. i write more then 50 mails at [protected]@zestmoney.in but i didnt get cachback.

                                The one senior executive employee Ms. Komal always asking me time of 7 working days but she couldn't resolve my offercash back issue.

                                  In nov 5 I bought loan from pivot prime venture through zest money pivot prime venture is merchant of zest money they are fraud but zest money didn't verified there merchant so I didn't get the money also then I decided to cancel my loan on after two days then I reached support of zest money worst customer support last three months I'm trying to cancel my loan through email support last one month they replied me after submission of noc from aditya birla now there is no reply so I have one more loan due in zest money so I refused to pay

                                      It been more than 5 months but still i haven't received my refund. i have ordered a pair of shoes from myntra using zest money. after 2-3 days i have paid the shoes amount in whole to zest money. but when i received my shoes i have returned the shoes to myntra. myntra refunded the shoes amount to zest money. but zest money Haven't sent the amount to my bank account still now. I have talked with their customer support team, all they are saying is wait 7-12 days we will give you an update. after some days they will send me an reply saying your request has been sent to our senior team. we will get back to you with an update. I have been waiting since 6 months all the time i am getting the same response. i have also send them the bank statement, bank details as they have requested but still haven't got any response. i think zest money don't take they customer seriously hope this company gets shut down for good. my registered email is ([protected]@gmail.com). Check the attached image you can see how many mails i have send them.

                                        I applied for a loan from Zest Money and also got approved for it . I have received the Sanction letter and the EMI schedule and it also shows the info on app with the EMI starting from March . I had applied the Loan on 2nd Feb and its been more than 3 days the Amount is still not credited . This is very unprofessional of the Zest Money Team.
