I bought a MacBook Air at the Apple Store, Express Avenue Mall, Chennai for Rs.99, 110 on Sep'11 using the Zest EMI Payment method (12 months/ Zero Interest). On Oct'12 amount of Rs. 8973.59 (Principal Amount= Rs. 7942.85 + Interest = Rs. 1030.74) was automatically deducted from my account as the first EMI due.

Fake Loan on cibil in the name of ghalla consumer loan

From the latest CIBIL report, I can see that there is an active consumer loan going on, in the name of GHALLA consumer loan. This is a FAKE LOAN as I had never taken any such loan. The loan ID as per CIBIL is[protected].

Please remove this fake loan immediately,...

I have cleared all loan on time and from Aug they didnt update the Lending partner and they showed up overdue in my Credit report. Please boycott the Zest money and We need justice.

    Zestmoney is a fraud company who generally cheats with customer. I have taken 7 loans and closed before the time but they have not updated the closing date in cibil. They distroy your cibil score. When you ask for NOC or Emi statement they don't reply or avoid repling on mail. They distroy your cibil score and block your credit line. Never ever recommend anyone to use this application

      I've been accused of taken a loan with loan number: 269D490U8KE9. I tried make a payment using zest for the merchant called SMC International on sept 14, where the payment didn't go through. The payment got failed at the gateway but the loan got sanctioned at zest. I've been contacting them since then. Their customer team made a fool out of me for the first two weeks by saying my problem is being solved but it was not. Later I got to know that no complaints/tickets was raised. Finally after raising the issue (#243022), I've been contacting them regularly and I've been getting the same reply that it'll be solved within 7-10 days but its not. I'm tired of this. I've been getting constant calls, messages and even calls from local recovery team. And lately zest blackmailed me saying that if I don't pay back they'll tamper with my CIBIL score. I've sent all the documents, screenshots and also the mail from the merchant side that they haven't received the payment, still no response or any action taken by them. This is such a lowkey handling by the company despite what they have posted on their website "We at ZestMoney are obsessed to serve you in the best possible way". Shame.

        I purchased a ticket from GoIbibo through Zest Money Bolt payable for Rs. 4252/-. I repaid ZestMoney the entire amount on August 26, .2022. The amount got settled with Zest money and the Bold amount got closed. Later GoIbibo cancelled the ticket. So I’m eligible to receive the refund of Rs. 4002/- after deducting the charges. Even though being a very good and valuable customer, ZestMoney is doing a scam by not refunding the money.
        I spoke on call with Mr. Sanjeev from ZestMoney, on 27 September 2022 who assured me that money will be refunded in 24-48 hours. The 24 to 48 hours 27 September, 2022 ended on 30 September, 2022. On September 30, 2022 after checking with my bank I contacted zest money and they were very rude that they disconnected my call. Then I called again and someone on the line told me that a ticket has been raised and will be resolved in 7-10 working days. So the 7-10 working days ended and still didn’t hear from them. So I called them again and another girl on the line asked me to email zest money about my grievance with screenshot of refund confirmation email.I did that and still I didn’t receive any replies.Then again I called them again and someone on line told me that the ticket is under process and will be resolved in some time and the team is working on it. Today it’s 27th October 2022 and still no one called me like that. It has been more than a month since the bolt amount was refunded to ZestMoney, and they have illegally and under influence have retained that amount.

          I paid (manual payment) my first installment of Rs. 8973.59 (Principal Amount= Rs. 7942.85 + Interest = Rs. 1030.74) on Oct'05 using the Zest App. Zest person-in charge told me that every month Rs. 1030.74 will be deducted, but it will be refunded within a few days.

          Within 5 days, on Oct'12 same amount of Rs. 8973.59 was automatically deducted from my account as the first installment.

          On the same day I called the customer care support and explained the situation. I was told,

          1. Within 7 days the deducted amount of Rs. 8973.59 will be refunded to my account.
          2. The interest of Rs. 1030.74 paid on Oct'07 will also be refunded.

          I have shared my monthly bank statement, where it is clearly visible the amount is deducted twice. The customer service support denied and said no payment has been done so far. The email team and the call centre team doesn't coordinate. The email team say's the issue will be resolved. But the call centre team says no records of payment found in their system. The moment you ask for clarification on EMI dues and refund, they go to denial mode. They are trained to handle the customer in way will rip you off.

          But till now, I have not received my refund. Zest Money App clearly cheats you...It's pathetic why a premium Apple Retail Showroom are promoting this app to innocent customers knowing their fraudulent activities.

          I alert all the consumers who ever purchased the product through Zest Money App and lost their money, to come forward to educate and sensitize the issue, so that nobody would suffer like me in the future.

              I had paid on Timesprime through ZestMoney. The order was canceled and they had refunded. Even in ZestMoney app, it is showing refunded and settled with back. But I have not received refund my bank account.

                I am using Zestmoney for 1 years. I have already paid the money closed my emi. After that my credit limit is shown as 62000 but now I am unable to use credit limit to purchase through any method. I have called so many times they were saying they can't do anything that is technical problem it will solve automatically and they said it will take upto 90 and above. And also they told me to email the screen recording and I have already sent the problem. Till now they don't even reply on the email. I am unable to know how and when I can access my credit limit. Worst experience ever.

                  I'm in deep depression and lost complete hope when I learned that my credit score dropped to 684. ( i have taken multiple loans and maintained a very well-balanced payment track) . on this Diwali(2022), I planned to purchase a small car for my personal use and I realized now that I cannot get any loan, no bank is coming forward to give me a loan. I downloaded the Credit report from CIBIL and check that one of the loans is showing an outstanding amount but it was closed a year back, I have taken an education loan of 1.75 lakh from zest and in Zest APP the loan account is closed and I have paid all the EMI's. it is not what I see in the CIBIL report. can someone please help me with what to do? I have attached a screenshot loan status in CIBIL.

                    I had availed a EMI with zest money on 31-Jan-2022, had taken up a loan of Rs. 11645.00/- 2102 I was upon paying 6 EMI prior to the due date but later received a notification from your concerned that Rs. 109/-was due to be paid which is an error made from your concerned my cibil score was affected due to such error made by your concerned and this is 2nd time happening with zestmoney immediately check and resolve the issue.

                        Hello,

                        I had bought a tablet from Xiaomi worthe 28999 where an offer on xiaomi's website for paying through Zest money was going on. Wherein it was mentioned to give 10% cashback to a maximum of 2000 after paying 3 successful emil without any delay and bounce.

                        I have succeasfully paid all 3 EMI before the due date. But it has been more than 2 weeks ever since the last emi's due date. (Las emi due date = 05th October 2022)

                        I still have not received the cashback of Rs. 2000.
                        i have attached the screenshot of the offer that was going on back then wherein the dates were specifically mentioned. as well terms were posted.

                        I complied all the terms yet the company has not sent the cashback. I had tried to mail them multiple times they say that they havent received any mails.

                        Plus i have called them multiple times and the only reply i get from them is that i will get a callback, but i have never received one.

                        It is so evil to mislead people and lure them with fake promises, Please look into it and check the matter.

                          Booked stay on MakeMyTrip on 3rd Sept 22 using Zest Money Pay later option later canceled and refunded by MakeMyTrip on 6th Sept 2022. To my surprise then also they deducted EMI and now I am the one running after them and they are not able to provide any solution. Bank has confirmed ZestMoney need to act and then also instead of helping they are just passing the ball. All details are provided to them through email and service ticket number - 1144417 on their portal. I have been forced to write things here after taking multiple follow-ups with them and just to mention they have pathetic customer support who even do not understand the problem and are unwilling to hear anything! Please think twice before getting into their trap.

                            Zestmoney tied up with Timesprime App. if anyone buy subscription of TImesprime app and done payment from zestmoney, buyer will get assured cashback of rupees 250 within 15 days after clear dues. i done it and i paid my all dues before 2 months from today and still not get my cashback. i complained at least 20 times but zestmoney customer care writting same things that : you will get within 15 days" i dont know how they calculating days.
                            its seems like they are doing fraud with peoples and getting promotion of there app.

                                  I booked ticket through make my trip using zest money platform vide loan number 2D206B47B7E7. I cancelled the ticket on same day and refund was made by make my trip.

                                  Please find below message from make my trip

                                  “ As per your mail, your booking NN7A6G2STQHS5TJJ1370 from ATQ-DEL, DEL-LHR was cancel on 13 Sep 2022 with the refund amount
                                  of INR 25, 853 on 13 Sep 2022 with RRN no.
                                  YZEM[protected] and INR 10.710 on 15 Sep with RRN no. YZEM[protected]. “
                                  But zest money is not returning my money back after repeated requests kindly ask them to return money back

                                    I have been trying to change my bank account from 10th September 2022 and inspite of sharing them for 4 times, the customer service team is not doing the needful. All replies i get is to keep resharing the bank statements.

                                    Due to the non change of Bank statements, the interest cashbacks are not issued by them.

                                    My time is getting spent on talking to them for a long time, for sharing bank statement and for replying to them. Not sure the team is well equipped to handle the issues of a consumer.
