Without consulting me, DHFL kept increasing the rate of interest and tenure on my loan and it is now for 24 years duration. My loan code is 1670. On trying to access details through https://www.dhfl.com/my-dhfl most of the options like repayment schedule options & provisional certificate is missing. How to get this and repayment schedule options? Customer care number or email is not responding either.

Going by DHFL reputation I wonder what hidden activity is being done to harass by not disclosing user data....

I have taken the loan with dhfl on 30.04.2014, the interest rate was 10.25%.

Now though all the banks reduced the interest rate to 8.25% based on rbi guideline, dhfl increased by interest rate to 11.32%.

When we raised this issue with the concern branch, no proper responce.

Request the immediete reposnce on this for reducing my interest rate at par with other banks....

I took a home load in 2012, My loan code[protected], customer code[protected].

currently i done a Balance Transfer (BT) to other bank
So i am completed with the clearance of prepayment and paid the last EMI.

But as per the DHFL procedure, i have to wait 21 WORKING DAYS to collect the Original Documents of Property.This is really annoying

We have taken a home loan from DHFL but i feel its a very big mistake which we have done. As before the disbursment only they have increased the rate of interest and on top of that they have not disbursed the cheque. There is no proper service from DHFL side as we are not even clear about the hidden charges. No proper updates as we are not aware of the current situation. I have applied for home loan from DHFL and while submitting the form I have strictly said NO for insurance. when i got the sanction letter it included 1lac rs as insurance. When I asked reason to Mr. Dhirendra, he said that by default insurance is included. Mr Dhirendra is also very unprofessional in his behaviour . his no is [protected]. DHLF statement includes "changing rules". This is so true that they change rules in their favour. Earlier they had an option to download the statement on their online portal but a year ago it was removed. No system of printing or sending through email periodically which is a norm and I guess required by law. But now to request for account statement, one has to visit branch, pay Rs.250+ST and get a statement. Wow! Even escalations do not...

I had given 2000 for processing fee for loan and i told the staff of this bank that if the loan is surely sanction i will only pay the Cash she told me that surely the loan get and if it is not sanctioned she will give back the money and i pay the amount that she asked atlast the loan not sanctioned and now she is not willing to give back the money and talk me very worsely

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that I, Suyog Bapat holding housing loan Code: 00031572 at your finance company. During my recent observation on the loan statement there were some discrepancies noticed and hence needed the clarification of this. Please find my details of discrepancies as follows.

On 19th July 2022 I had made INR 8, 50, 000.00 down payment against my loan account by cheque from HDFC Bank. As per my bank account statement the amount was cleared and credited to Piramal Capital & Housing finance ltd account.

As per the recent Payment Scheduled downloaded if was observed that even after the cheque of 8, 50, 000 was cleared in the month of July 2022 the Opening principal amount is showing unchanged till 31/01/2023. The effect of changes is reflecting from Feb 2023. Hence my question are as follows,

1. why these changes were not updated from July 2022.

2. Since this is the pre-paid installed why the principal amount not changed.

3. What about the difference amount for the period from July 2022 to Jan 2023.

4. What about my further calculation on reduce of my EMI period.

I, hereby request the bank to kindly revert back to me with my queries clarification and do the needful asap as this is creating issues for my EMI calculations and impacting my future plans.

Please do let me know if there is any documents requirement so that I can furnish it as a proof.
