This is utterly shameful, I have addressed the issue with too many NACH presented for my account and you guys incurring extra charges on my account hence I have not made the payment of emi till the issue is resolved.

You have sent someone to my house who is harassing my old parents, I will now take legal action and also involve Police as this is not done and I will not be scared by such actions, I am also involving RBI to take strict action against ZEST money, sending below the message I just got on my Whatsapp from their collection agent.

It is a harassing experience and truly illegal. Zest Money. stop sending recovery agents to places like home for the collection. There are senior citizens residing and is a humiliation as well. Plus, RBI does not encourage recovery mechanisms like such. Kindly look into the matter and stop these agents from visiting now and then.

    Applied for a personal loan on 23september..they said it will be credited into your account withing 3 days..now its 30september amd autodebit schemes were all set up but the amount isnt credited into my account...called atleast 10 times all they have to say was will look into it and will process..if you cant do the job properly you shouldnt be providing this kind of services

      I have credit limit of 74000 approved.but when I go to use there is an error application under review it will take less than 24 hour. This error showing me from last 3 month. When I talk to your support team they tell me your bank statement not updates here mail your last 3 months bank statement then your credit limit will be activated in 24 hours. I already mail many times but still now not solved this issue. last time on 27 sep i email to your support team my bank statement and cancel cheque but still now no response from your end. Kindly solve this issue today. I already email to your support many time but they did not solve my issue .my register email id [protected]@gmail.com

      I email my bank statement on 27 September 2022 your team promise me with in 48 hours your credit limit will be activated post mail sending time. Already 11 days passed but still now my credit limit is not activated. Every time your team saying we are working wait . How much time no any one saying.

          I applied for my loan on 25 August and it was supposed to get approved by the end of August. Now it's almost October and still no confirmation has been recieved by me. I tried calling and have send three emails to your company's customer assistants but I have not gotten any reply.
          Now coming to the bigger issue. My EMI of the loan will be deducted automatically on 5th October. Why should I pay the EMI when I did not even get the loan? This is totally scandalous. Either you provide me the requested loan amount or just cancel the loan request because I am getting scammed at this point by not receiving the loan and still having to repay the loan through EMIs. I am attaching the bank statement, loan agreement and other necessary screenshots. Please take action on this immediately or else I would have to share this scam experience of ZestMoney on my social media.

            I took a loan of 196000 from Zest Money for 12 months(January to December) repaid the entire amount in the month of July and to my surprise in the month of December Zest Money updated in CIBIL that I did not make a payment of Rs2400 and by the time I came to know about the CIBIL reporting as Did not Pay days more than 120 days. It was a great shock to me because in my entire 10 Years of my finances I never had any pending payments.
            My CIBIL used to be 840 every time and because of this it has gone to 699. I complained to Zest money numerous times, they said they updated the Days Past Due in the CIBIL Report and it will be reflecting in next 40 days.
            Now I waited for 60 days and saw my report, it still says the DPD are same and there is no update from Zest Money

            Loan disbursed on 7 December 2020 and the last installment was to be paid on December 2021 but all the payment was done on 14 July 2021 5 months before the due date.

            This is the same message I received on 11th July 2022, Attaching the screenshot from my mail for your reference. This is exactly the copy paste of that mail.
            I was told the DPD is updated and will reflect in CIBIL within 30-45 days and I checked the same after 60 days(22 September) and still the CIBIL reflects the Days Past Due more than 120 days from Zest Money loan account and the CIBIL is still not updated.

            When will my CIBIL report be corrected with no Due Past Days???? I did not miss any payments till date. NOT even a single amount. This Zest Money has spoiled everything. This is the worst service from Zest Money. They are just playing with every ones finance records. They don't know how to fix this issue.
            How and when will all the DPD from my CIBIL be updated?? This is something which I did not do anything wrong and still suffering for it. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM ZEST MONEY
            This is the same email message I received on 11 July 2022, and the CIBIL report as dated 29 September 2022 is still the same(No change in the Days Past Due).
            There is no update at all in the report and the DPD is still reflecting in my CIBIL.

                    I have taken one loan from zestmoney but it is showing two records on my cibil report and even the payment was done on time but it is reported delayed in cibil. After contacting zest money support many times they have not updated my score and my score is in bad state now. They are not working on the request and everytime i call they will ask me to wait for 2-3 weeks and no action post that.

                      Want to file a complaint against Zest Money from where I took few consumer and personal loans. Although all these loans are paid off and all emi were paid before time, however few days back when I checked my cibil report, it was showing my credit score as 685 which was quite shocking for me, and was showing 2 emis were late and overdue amount. I informed regarding this to ZestMoney team on 9th August and they requested for few details from me which I provided them in time. However there was no solution from them. Everytime I used to call Zest customer care they used to ask new info. Even after providing them every single detail, my cibil report is not updated and because of that I am unable to take any loan or apply for credit card from any of the financial institution. Zestmoney team simply say that we have escalated your request but my credit report is ruined even after paying all emis on time. Need help🙏

                        I had booked Indigo airtickets to Phuket on Makemytrip using Zestmoney on 01.03.2022. However the flight was cancelled due to Covid restrictions and the entire money was refunded on 07.03.2022. However I'm still getting messages and calls from Zestmoney for my pending EMI when I haven't taken any loan from them. I called Zestmoney multiple (3-4)times regarding the same and was assured by their customer service executives that this matter will be resolved. Yet I'm getting messages saying that there is an EMI pending failing which my credit score will get affected. This is in the literal sense, harassment.
                        ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        It has been 42 days. I get a call daily playing record saying that I have to pay pending amount. I tried calling their customer care number but I am always kept on hold for a very very very very long time. I had previously told their customer executives 3 times. All of them assured me that this would be resolved but it has nit been resolved yet. Now my CIBIL score is getting affected because of this stupidity.

                        I have mailed Zestmoney multiple times but the issue is not yet resolved. Last Monday(21/11/2022) I spoke to their executive named Rushika who assured me that the issue would be resolved within 24-48 hrs. It did not resolve. Then on Thursday(24/11/2022) I spoke to Mahek who assured me the same thing. She also gave me the ticket number 1607738. After another 48 hrs I spoke to Rohit on Saturday who assured me again the same thing that my issue will be solved by them. On asking whether there is any superior who I can talk to, I was assured that there is none and the issue is solvable at their level and gave me the ticket no. 548549. After another 48 hrs I called and spoke to Gagan on Monday(28/11/2022) who said that they have forwarded and highlighted and escalated the issue and it will be solved within 48 hrs. He gave me the ticket no. 1687243. It has been another 48 hrs. and yet I'm getting messages from Zestmoney to pay them money, which I don't owe and have to face harassment for the same. My credit score has got affected because of the callous attitude of Zestmoney. And this has been going on for 9 months now.
                        I want Zestmoney to settle the score and restore my credit score. Otherwise I'm left with no option but to file a case in consumer court for harassment.

                          so i ve repaid all the EMIs including fines and late fees which zest money has imposed. through my alternate account or my friends bank account.

                          so bank account has been held amount of 13800 rs regarding the zestmoney AUTO DEBIT CHARGES.

                          pls cancle all of them because I ve paid the late fees and fines so why zest money again imposed charges .

                              Hey all,
                              Wanted to bring this notice to all of you regarding the Zestmoney services.
                              I had applied for a personal loan of 20k for emergency purpose and they had promised that loan amount will be credited within 2-3 working days. I had applied on 10th of September. No credit till date they haven't credited. Whenever i ask for an update, they're pushing it for another 2-3 days. They claim that they are having an internal error... This is like mental harassment. Without Crediting the amount, they have issued my loan agreement as well. How am i supposed to pay the 1st EMI without any loan disbursement. This will also impact my CIBIL score as well.

                              My mental health is getting damaged coz of this issue.

                              Do not close and mark this issue as resolved until and unless you guyz credit the loan amount.

                                I have applied for zest money weeks ago and I was given a credit limit of INR 70, 000. My application was not approved and kept pending and when I called and asked customer care about the same thing, they told me that my KYC process is incomplete even after I did it in the mobile application. So, they told me that they will send me a link for KYC again but that did not happen. So, I again called them and they asked me to send my last 3 months' bank statements for verification and said it will be done and my credit will be activated within 48hours. This was a week ago and still, there is no response from Zest Money.
                                ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Personal loan of rs 22000 was showing that was disbursed but not credited to my account, when I call to customer care they say that it will be credited in 3 working days after 15 days yet i didn't got credited the money

                                      I applied personal loan on sep 9 for 35000rs/- still amount is not credited to my account..It's almost 12 days completed but still my problem is not solved..
                                      I call to customer support so many times everytime they are telling please wait for sometime..

                                      how many days i have to wait i don't no..

                                      That too i send mails also but didn't get any single response from zest money..

                                      I ask to connect my call to higher authorities they are simply telling that within 4 hour's our higher authorities will you back to you but still no one is called to me...
                                      Finally my experience with zest money is worst and never expect this from zest money...

                                      I am attaching screenshots of jowmany times I called to zest money till now...
