I have applied for zest money weeks ago and I was given a credit limit of INR 70, 000. My application was not approved and kept pending and when I called and asked customer care about the same thing, they told me that my KYC process is incomplete even after I did it in the mobile application. So, they told me that they will send me a link for KYC again but that did not happen. So, I again called them and they asked me to send my last 3 months' bank statements for verification and said it will be done and my credit will be activated within 48hours. This was a week ago and still, there is no response from Zest Money.
ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
There is no update at all in the report and the DPD is still reflecting in my CIBIL.
