I bought an iPhone 12 on emi through ZestMoney financing option with no cost emi and the interest charged each month is supposed to be reverted back in the form of a cashback.

I got the cashback for January and February but since March it's stopped. I have been paying my EMIs in due time and now they have a pending cashback to give me from March to September.
ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    So I am completed kyc
    And it shows the application is under review and it takes less than 24 hours
    But it is the 2nd day
    And still it shows the same
    How can I activate the credit limit

      Facing the same problem.
      I am not receiving my cashback from March 2023, But I have paid my EMI on time. Loan no 999A519AA379, the cashback amount for the month of March For 111.0, and For April 90.0. May 69.0, June 47.0, July 546.00.
      2nd loan no 999A519AA379, the cashback amount is 222.0

      When we call support, they all the time say the same thing again and aging, we have a technical problem, your amount will be refunded soon.
      They have been doing this with me since May 2023. I have to call them every time after 15 days

      But they only have a single word. Your amount will be refunded soon.

      No reply on email or no other alternate for this.

      I want to close my loan account ASAP.

      Very worst support service.

        The cash back of 2 loans from march to July.
        Loan no 999A519AA379, Which was pre closed, the cashback amount 222.0 (confirmed by Zest money)
        Loan 15252F7A9447, was closed by paying all the emi on time but the cashback amount for the month of March For 111.0, and For April 90.0. May 69.0, June 47.0, July 546.00.

        for reference I am attaching the old and new screen shots .
        In Every 15 I am used to talk to the zest money care and the are sharing a expected date on 1 st of the month or middle of the month.

          My Emi was double debited on July 6, 2023. I complained many times over the phone and email. But they are not giving my money back. I have a bank statement and email conversation for proof.
          How can I refund my money from Zestmoney?

            Dear Zestmoney team,

            On 11th September 2023 I have been charged an amount of Rs.295 on the account of failed mandate but my EMI due on 5th September was already paid on time. I had sufficient amount in my bank account and paid my EMI on due time without fail. Please refund my amount back.

              Facing same problem.
              I am not receiving my cashbak from March 2023, But I am paying my emi on time.

              When we call to support and they all time saying same thing again ad agin, We have technical prblem, Your amount wiil be refund soon.
              They are doing this with me since May 2023. I have to cal them every time after 15 day's

              But they only have single word is Your amount will refund soon.

              No reply on email or no other alternate for this.

              I want to close my loan asap.

              Very wrost support service. I am web developer. Hire me for fix this technical issue, and I am sure it will not take month's.

                I had purchased mobile from one dealer and emi from zest money on january
                He said a cashback will automatically be credited to my accounts
                I have been regularly paying the EMI. However, I haven’t received any cash back. It’s been more than 6 months but no cash back or updates from the team.
                I have been following up with ZestMoney customer care each month and only getting promises that it will be done the next month.
                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                  I am writing this email regards to the concern i am facing on my CIBIL Score, as I borrowed 2 loans from Zest money.
                  1st Loan Account no.[protected] RS 5, 924 on 11th Feb 2022 and I have paid all the balance on 2nd May 2022. There is no amount due in my account.

                  2nd Loan Account no. 26A4802730V2- RS 13, 261 on 6th June 2021 and I have paid all the balance on 21st Aug 2021. There is no amount due in my account.

                  As I have paid all the EMI'S on time but in my CIBIL Score it shows amount due and active from 2021, i have sent multiple emails from March 2023 to them and they have resolved only one account, but another still shows active. Because of that my CIBIL Score comes to 450 from 850 and it has increased interest on home loan.

                        Cashback are not credited back for may months now. And when ever you ask customer support will say it will take another 10-15 days. this is happening for last 2-3 month and before that it started in March.

                            I had three loans from zest money my loan account number is 4E5214597AA7, A8E407A7E718 and 917272E51891. I paid off all loans on time. Now Zest money is not providing the NOC after lots of requests through proper channel. There is not a single default or late payment. Please do the needful for my NOC at the earliest.

                              I have applied for the personal loan and it is approved. And i signed auto debit/nach using otp method and after that i also got messgae that you application is completed and approved and money willl be deposited in your bank account. But after waiting for 3 days i contacted your executives they told my nach is not complete so will send nach by mail sign it and send back. But i didn't get any mail. I chatted several times with your executives and they told will send on mail within 24 hrs i waited days and i didn't get any. Atlast they told me to send sign through mail then i send through mail after that also no response. And now everyday they were saying will send nach on email wait for 12-24 hours. Its clear harassment. Please do the needful.

                                I realised a complain to delete my account to which zest money asked a period of 90 days. After again 90 days when I checked they didn’t delete my account and sent me a link which never open. It’s showing in my cibil and affecting it. I need a compensation. Cause I saw threads zest money never intends to delete customers account. Please take serious action

                                  I have already asked zest money to delete my account. It says it will take 90 days. Now after 90 days when I checked I saw my account still active. While complaining to them via mail. They sent a link where my account will be deleted after few question. But everyone I link will just load and load. Seems zest money don’t have intentions to deleted my account. I also saw few threads were zest money I doing the same. This is harassment. I want compensation for wasting my time by zest money

                                    I had taken a loan of 237000 financed by zest money ( ghalla bhansali) for a course at scaler academy on the app it shows i have closed the loan . The loan account number is [protected] it was disbursed on 11/06/2020 and got closed on 11/05/2022. However when i checked my cibil score lately it reported an active loan account [protected] with same amount 237000 and disbursed on same date 11/06/2020 and never been closed by zest money (...

                                    I have taken 2 Loans from Zest Money (Loan Id :[protected] & E5707EF2675C) in which Loan ID :[protected] is closed. From march 2023, I have not received and single interest cashback from Zest Money.
