              I had a loan from zestmoney for my college fees at BITS Pilani. The loan period has been completed and I haven't received the paid interest. The paid interest is supposed to be remitted to my account as per the agreement.

              It could be due to the bank account I given is an NRE account which accepts money only from outside of India and it's confirmed by the zest money(This account shouldn't have accepted in first place as they can't remit the amount) support team and they advised me to change the bank account which accepts money from India.

              Hence, I asked them to change the bank account details and remit the paid interest to me. They asked me to send the last three months' bank statement which includes IFSC, account number, etc...

              I forward the last three months bank statement(That includes IFSC code as well) to zestmoney support team on the 7th day of a month.(Statement usually generates only on that date in my bank).

              Then the zestmoney team asked me to send the statement from the 1st and 7th day of the current month. Support team is expecting the last three months' statement calculating from the day of the email that I sent.

              As far as I know, the last three months statement doesn't count the running days/month and it counts only the completed month. I can only generate the bank statement on every 5th of the month.

              I have been struggling with the support team to get this done. I have tried to explain a lot and the support team is repeating their same points.

              I escalated this matter twice to [protected]@zestmoney.in. But no response yet.

              I really don’t understand why are you guys asking the bank statement again and again after a few months even that has been happening for a long time. I have shared all my bank account details and statements in my previous email threads multiple times. It was both o[censored]s mistake to process the loans through NRI account where you can’t remit the amount. You guys just simply accepted the account and processed the loan and now following a lot of process just to remit the amount to my another account.. Is that so hard to remit the amount that was promised by you?

              I have shared last three months statement and they acknowledged to process further. Now suddenly they started asking statement from July-2021 to sep-2021. I really don’t understand why zestmoney needs statements from 2021 year.
              AFAIK, nothing is in progress except just asking some random bank statements again and again.
              I have called customer care today and explained the same thing again and he promised to escalate this matter to his senior team.

              This is really frustrating to get the money back. Zestmoney seems don’t even read the email and doesn’t address the customer concerns. They just reply with some email template again and again.

              I’m really not sure whether I’ll get back my money. Official escalation to any higher level doesn’t work in zestmoney seems.

              Now, your team come up with some new points where saying that the bank statement is incorrect.

              I'm wondering how can i edit the bank statement or expect the bank to prepare one customized statement for ZestMoney alone?

              I believe ZestMoney should practice to accept the bank standard where the rest of the world accepts.

              Can you precise what's wrong with the statements and don't you have any customers who use ICICI bank? If I'm not mistaken, they used to be shared in the same format. How did you manage to tackle them?

              I have another university EMI is under on my name at zestmoney. It’s a “verified bank account” anyway.
              How feasible is that to remit the amount to that account? Both the emi are on my name.. just bank account is different.

              It’s really hard get my money back from zestmoney.. they just ask bank statements again and again.. zero progress for 10months.

                    I have personal loan and consumerable loan with zest money. I have given authorization to deduct emis of 10, 200/- inz the split of 8 times.

                    I was paying emis on time. Due to some medical reasons i could not pay last month. They have presented ecs as usual on 5th of May but it got bounced. Without prior intimation they have presented nultiple time. Around 30 times ecs got rejected and lien marked in my bank of baroda of Rs. 10, 000/-

                    This was an illegal or fraudulent transaction made by zest money.

                    By trusting them I gave permission them to deduct money from my account. They have misused it very badly.

                    Need justice here.

                    As per the update from our relevant team, we would like to inform you that the amount of Rs.2000/- has been adjusted towards the late fees.

                    If the EMI is not paid on the due date and gets failed the bank will charge you bounce charges and after 3 days of the due date a late fee of Rs. 250/- will be added.

                    However the payment which was deducted from your account is yet to get updated in our system, hence we advised you to please allow 24 - 48 hours of time for the same.

                    We will try our best to not let problems like this affect the experience of our customers in the future. Please bear with us this one time.

                    I agree that I have missed the emi for the month of May 2022. Around 8 emis for total of Rs. 10, 000.

                    Before sending ecs 2nd time, 3rd time ans 4th time, you dint intimate me. Due to this 24 times presentation of ecs and it got rejected 24 times, can you imagine what will be the cause happend to my cibil. Also, I paid 10, 000 as ecs return charges.

                    I informed you on June 4th that i will clear my outstanding emi for May by end of June.

                    But you have again done cheating, you have debited june emis from my account through ecs and adjuated as may month emi and made june month emi as over due and put overdue charges again on june month emi.

                    Which means you already took 2000 for may month overdue and putting again 2000 as overdue charges for May month

                      I made a purchase through Zest money on YAtra. It was for international flight tickets. I had to cancel since one of the travellers was covid positive. As per Yatra policy since the cancellation had to be done 1 day prior to the travel, I had to cancel directly with the carrier Vistara.

                      Vistara made a full refund to YAtra and Yatra in turn send the entire refund to Zest.

                      HOwever, Zest is still going on dedcuting EMI's for the purchase. Inspite of mails everyday, the only respone I am getting from their team is that they are looking into it. On asking what are they looking at since all cancellation and refund related emails have been shared with them, there is no response from their end.

                          I was get consumer loan from ZestMoney thrugh UpGrad for MSc program, but due to some reason my addmition application was cancelled. Then I asked refund my complete amount to UpGrad & ZestMoney which UpGrad already promissed.

                            My name is Abdul Raheman Shaikh I have purchased a flipkart voucher on Zest money of Rs 4000 on 06/06/2022 which is approved but I have not received the voucher code and pin yet. I have mailed to customer support team but they didn't respond.

                                Hi sir I have closed my loan of Rs.40, 000 which I taken from ZestMoney but it’s shows active and a delay of Rs.162 in April month the customer support does not give me proper feedback due to this my cibil is down and the lender iifl has also show it has delay rs 164 on there side.

                                  Load generated for a cancelled Transaction on their own. And now even after getting it clarified they haven't cancelled loan and asked me to pay the emi otherwise my cibil score would be affected. Moreover after paying emi in 1 day advabce because their promised me they would refund it they said that since auto-pay is on so the same emi would be deducted again. Such a fraud company. Why would you guve oay now feature if you don't want your customer to pay on their own. I'll add mental harassment charges too if it doesn't get resolved in 10days max.

                                  So now even after paying 1st emi for a cancelled Transaction they have charted a bill and Asking for full amount to be paid.
                                  What a fraud company and what's pur govt doing. These companies are doing unethical business just to increase their revenue so that they can fetch investors money in next funding round. But should this all be at the cost of customer mental health?

                                    This complaint is regarding the wrong EMI representation in front of the bank due to which the bank has deducted 590 rs. I had taken 4 loans from the company and on the 5th of May 4 EMI was going to be deducted. due to an internet ban in the jodhpur area, I couldn't maintain the balance so the bank deducted the money from 4 late EMIs. today morning one more time deduction was made by the bank of 590 rs and when I call in the bank they said your EMI of 35 rs was late so this deduction is made. I don't have any instalment in my loans of 35 rs. when I called in the zest money they said that it was insurance fees which were presented in the bank so 590 is deducted. in my EMI schedule which is on the zest money, it is shown that it is included in the 1st instalment of the loan. I have a question about why the company has presented it as the 5th EMI when it is not maintained in the EMI schedule. i request the management to look into the issue and resolve it

                                    As per the update from our team an auto-debit of the said amount on the due date had failed due to "Balance insufficient ", and the ECS bounce charges are applied by the bank.

                                    If sufficient balance was maintained in your bank account on the due date, please out to your bank for further clarity on this transaction.

                                    Also, we request you to maintain sufficient funds in your bank account before one day of your EMI date to avoid bounce charges and late fee charges.
