I bought a MI mobile worth 61k+ on 28th May... According to ad I am eligible for 7500/- cash back( ad published both in MI store and Zestmoney app). Customer care rejected my the offer when I called. On their request shared the screen shot of offer through my registered e-mail to [protected]@zestmoney.in.
They neither acknowledging my multiple emails in this regard and not even giving cash back as promised in ad. Please help me In this matter

    I just enquiry of personal loan interest in Zestmoney app but they have approved personal loan ₹37000 in my account. I don't want to any loan. I called the customer care of Zestmoney but they are not accepting my personal loan cancellation request.

      I have paid each and every emi on time never missed any.

      Now they have blocked my account with says application did not pass check when i am using it since 2 year

      Called customer service and they also do know why it is blocked.

      Bad experience to such customers will make
      You lose customers for sure.

        I have paid this month EMI Amount of 15k. After the payment it shows a credit limit of 13k. I tried to create an Amazon voucher for the amount, but it showing unable to create the voucher. So I tried to call the customer care no one is taking the call. Then I chat with a person called INSHA KHAN. He is saying that 'Your CL got frozen on[protected] and you are not eligible for transactions until[protected]'. Is this the way to treat a customer? If my account is blocked then it should be inform me earlier. I paid the EMI with my only money left with me. I need my money back or I need the voucher. Otherwise I won't pay any more EMI with zest money. Also I will file a case against this issue.

          Fraud happened with me[protected] so immediately I called the customer care guy to register a fraud case. After several try they responded me after 3 hour, and they told to raise complaint to cyber crime and issue will be resolved with 15 days, So I did as he say, after 15 days when I called them again to ask about my case, she told to me that they need more time, so I asked to them about auto debit of EMI then they told to me amount will not debit, meanwhile on 16th April I found an email from zest team which is send to on 08th april, so I immediately responded them with all details what they are asking, in resonse they has replied to me on 17th April that "your query is regarding Personal loan id:18B8519FC28C" then I replied to them no my concern about my both fraud loan "BD580D71B40C and 1AF5189BD20A.". after that i am continuously sending them an email to get status on case in written but they are not responding to me over there and when i called to caustomer care to get status they told to me we are looking into matter. so I told to customer care guy if EMI amount is not debit from my account then take you time,
          Even on 5th may 2022, I connected with customer care to get confirmation whether amount will debit from my account or not still they told to me that amount will not debit, so again I told to them if amount if not debit from my account so take your time to resolve case and also I request to them stop calling me to pay your emi. So he/ she told to me we has raised a request to stop calling but still daily around 10 am I am getting call to pay EMI,
          On 23 may I know about that they has debit 3630.82 RS. from my account, immediately I told to them return my money so they responded to me amount will return when case will closed so here zest money cheated me (they do one type of fraud here) because they told to me that amount will not debit from my account but they did.
          On 26th May i get a call from zest money person to know how fraud has happen with me so I replied to them each and every details he needed in last he said to me your case will be resolved within one week, when i called to them to get status of my case then they told to me that they need around 45 days more and the thing that surprize me is when customer care person told to me that before 23 May 2022, he is unable to find my information related to my case in there system (it means they did nothing[protected] to[protected].

          Noted:-
          As customer care person told to me register complaints in cyber cell so I did that on[protected] and share with them at there [protected]@zestmoney.in so i did what they has told to me, cyber cell person call to me and said that zest money customer care people are not responding to cyber cell guy phone calls (here they are breaking law).
          They are dealing with money with a very unmatured platform. 2 step authentication is in almost every place where we have done anything related to payment or loan.

          So, I want only 4 simple things as below
          1. Return all my money that they have debit from account related to fraud loans within 10 days from today[protected].
          2. Close the loan as soon as possible by resolving the case.
          3. Stop sending unnecessary email and unnecessary calling to pay EMI of fraud loans, it is one form of mental harassment
          4. Stop damaging my cibil score, if my cibil score gets affected due to your system definitely I will see your organisation in court.

          3. Already shared cyber cell complaints file on[protected] with [protected]@zestmoney.in email Id.

          How Fraud Has Happened with me on[protected].

          "I has called zest customer care number [protected] which I get online to register complain about my cashback amount at 11 22 AM but call was not picked by anyone then i tried to call zest money customer care number [protected] at 11 23 AM it was not picked by anyone then I immediately received a call from fraud guy Mobile No [protected] at 11 23 AM, and he asked about my problem so I told to him about my problem, he said to me to solve issue he need my mobile number for verification, I shared with him then he told to me wait for some minute, so I waited for some minute then said to me for OTP I denied to him to share then he asked for DOB then I told to him, after some time I received message about amazon vouchers has been purchased by you. The zest loan has been approved. so immediately i cut a call and thought of some fraud guy trying to cheat me. I tried to reach him at 11 32 Am as well as 11 37 AM Details please find transaction details. 1. Loan Transaction ID is 1AF5189BD20A and Amount is 25101 splitted 3 vouchers into 10000, 10000, 5001 amount 2. Loan Transaction ID is BD580D71B40C and Amount is 19999 splitted into 2 vouchers 10000, 9999 amount What I wantI want zestMoney should cancel my all loan which is approved today 06 04 2022 DD MM YYYY format."

            Dear Sir,

            This is to inform you that I have booked a round trip from Delhi to Heathrow from 28/09/2022 to 02/10/2022 from Yatra with booking reference number[protected].
            I have made a payment through zestmoney emi and I have also paid a sum of ₹4406. The emi has been approved and the money has not been credited to yatra. The booking has failed and the zestmoney amount has been refunded back to my account automatically. How is it possible that my account is showing that I have exhausted my credit balance when my booking has not been placed in the first place? I have been trying to talk to a customer care executive since yesterday morning in vain. There is no one to receive the call and clarify the issue. The sum is huge and I have been informed the booking has failed. I have attached details of my booking with this email.

            I am attaching my payment details for your reference. Please treat this as urgent and reflect the changes in my account and refund the amount debited from my bank account.

                    I have opted for zest voucher to use in Flipkart. Now I have cancelled my order I need the voucher to be cancelled and money added back to zest money balance

                            Fake Loan Account in CIBIL

                            I have taken a consumer loan of 2343 rupees from ZestMoney on 17th February 2020 to make some purchase from Myntra.

                            Northern Arc Capital Limited Loan Account: [protected]
                            Which is closed in my CIBIL

                            But I wonder that same loan amount and same date has been reported by Northern Arc Capital in my CIBIL with loan account number [protected] and it is not closed. In fact this account...

                                  ZestMoney loan disbursed twice due to error. No refund even after 2 months!

                                  I paid an order at Decathlon Sports through ZestMoney EMI on April 6, 2022. The payment process failed multiple times at ZestMoney processing page and I recieved an error in the app. Only option was to retry the payment, so I retried the payment and finally the payment got approved. But now two loans of the same order are active in my ZestMoney account. The two active loan IDs are;

                                  On 8th April'22, three fraudulent loans worth Rs. 1, 17, 000/- (Amazon/Flipkart) were initiated from my ZestMoney account and I raised the complaint with ZestMoney the same day. I even filed the FIR with Cyber Crime department and shared the copy of the FIR with ZestMoney.

                                  Since then its been 47 days that the complaint has not been resolved. During this period I have sent 12 emails none of which is replied except once assuring that the issue is being looked into.

                                  The worst part is that I am being incessantly harassed by ZestMoney's reminder calls (auto generated/3rd party collection agencies contracted by ZestMoney) and messages for making EMI payments against these fraudulent loans.

                                  I have also reached out to ZestMoney's customer care (which gets connected only after 5-6 attempts & 15-20 minutes) and each time they assured that the reminder calls/messages (Text/Whasapp) would be discontinued soon. However to this day I continue getting harassed with the reminders.

                                  On 17th may'22, I had written to ZestMoney that if within a week the issue is not resolved, I will escalate the complaint to consumer complaints but they seem to care least.

                                  Hence I submit my complaint against ZestMoney for intervention and speedy resolution.

                                  The least that I expect at this juncture from you is to disable to follow up calls/Whatsapp/DM & reminders insisting me to pay the EMIs against these fraudulent loans.

                                  The action on discontinuation was twice confirmed to be initiated by your customer care executives, however it clearly has not been disabled in your system.

                                  You are also requested to expeditiously resolve this as expeditiously as possible since already 7 weeks have elapsed since the incident.

                                  17 days since I got assurance from ZestMoney on this forum for expediting the resolution as early as possible but clearly that has not been the case.

                                  Everyday a random customer care representative calls me and insists me on making the payments against the fraudulent and spurious loans. During every such call over past days, I am assured by the representative that the system has been updated and no more such calls would be coming to me. However by now it is frivolously predictable that another person would call the next day and demand for the payment. This is tantamount to extortion since even after stating my problem numerous times on emails & during the unwanted reminder calls, I continue to be inflicted harassment by ZestMoney demanding me to pay for loans that I have neither applied nor availed.

                                  Hence I would request ZestMoney once again to resolve my complaint at the earliest or provide me the email IDs of Ms. Lizzie Chapman & Ms. Priya Sharma so that I can write to them and express my despondency at the ignominy that I am being meted with for more than 9 Weeks now.
                                  They has done even worst thing with me. they told to me amount will not debit from my account but they did .. they are fraud guys I regret to believe on them so please don’t believe on them.
                                  And also I am thinking about to file PIL against them.

                                    Had my 3 loans and loan amount due on 3rd fab and but as i was suffering from accident so i was in hospital and after that my grand father died so i was unable to pay the emi on time but currently i want to pay all the due amount but there are every loan is showing[protected] fine that is i was unable to pay because i have already dues so i am really not able to pay the over due fine..i want to pay my dues kindly help and remit my dues because i am not able to pay . understand my situation and please help,
