Fraud happened with me[protected] so immediately I called the customer care guy to register a fraud case. After several try they responded me after 3 hour, and they told to raise complaint to cyber crime and issue will be resolved with 15 days, So I did as he say, after 15 days when I called them again to ask about my case, she told to me that they need more time, so I asked to them about auto debit of EMI then they told to me amount will not debit, meanwhile on 16th April I found an email from zest team which is send to on 08th april, so I immediately responded them with all details what they are asking, in resonse they has replied to me on 17th April that "your query is regarding Personal loan id:18B8519FC28C" then I replied to them no my concern about my both fraud loan "BD580D71B40C and 1AF5189BD20A.". after that i am continuously sending them an email to get status on case in written but they are not responding to me over there and when i called to caustomer care to get status they told to me we are looking into matter. so I told to customer care guy if EMI amount is not debit from my account then take you time,
Even on 5th may 2022, I connected with customer care to get confirmation whether amount will debit from my account or not still they told to me that amount will not debit, so again I told to them if amount if not debit from my account so take your time to resolve case and also I request to them stop calling me to pay your emi. So he/ she told to me we has raised a request to stop calling but still daily around 10 am I am getting call to pay EMI,
On 23 may I know about that they has debit 3630.82 RS. from my account, immediately I told to them return my money so they responded to me amount will return when case will closed so here zest money cheated me (they do one type of fraud here) because they told to me that amount will not debit from my account but they did.
On 26th May i get a call from zest money person to know how fraud has happen with me so I replied to them each and every details he needed in last he said to me your case will be resolved within one week, when i called to them to get status of my case then they told to me that they need around 45 days more and the thing that surprize me is when customer care person told to me that before 23 May 2022, he is unable to find my information related to my case in there system (it means they did nothing[protected] to[protected].
Noted:-
As customer care person told to me register complaints in cyber cell so I did that on[protected] and share with them at there [protected]@zestmoney.in so i did what they has told to me, cyber cell person call to me and said that zest money customer care people are not responding to cyber cell guy phone calls (here they are breaking law).
They are dealing with money with a very unmatured platform. 2 step authentication is in almost every place where we have done anything related to payment or loan.
So, I want only 4 simple things as below
1. Return all my money that they have debit from account related to fraud loans within 10 days from today[protected].
2. Close the loan as soon as possible by resolving the case.
3. Stop sending unnecessary email and unnecessary calling to pay EMI of fraud loans, it is one form of mental harassment
4. Stop damaging my cibil score, if my cibil score gets affected due to your system definitely I will see your organisation in court.

How Fraud Has Happened with me on[protected].
"I has called zest customer care number [protected] which I get online to register complain about my cashback amount at 11 22 AM but call was not picked by anyone then i tried to call zest money customer care number [protected] at 11 23 AM it was not picked by anyone then I immediately received a call from fraud guy Mobile No [protected] at 11 23 AM, and he asked about my problem so I told to him about my problem, he said to me to solve issue he need my mobile number for verification, I shared with him then he told to me wait for some minute, so I waited for some minute then said to me for OTP I denied to him to share then he asked for DOB then I told to him, after some time I received message about amazon vouchers has been purchased by you. The zest loan has been approved. so immediately i cut a call and thought of some fraud guy trying to cheat me. I tried to reach him at 11 32 Am as well as 11 37 AM Details please find transaction details. 1. Loan Transaction ID is 1AF5189BD20A and Amount is 25101 splitted 3 vouchers into 10000, 10000, 5001 amount 2. Loan Transaction ID is BD580D71B40C and Amount is 19999 splitted into 2 vouchers 10000, 9999 amount What I wantI want zestMoney should cancel my all loan which is approved today 06 04 2022 DD MM YYYY format."
ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
