I have paid for my EMI on the due date however on checking my bank statement i hve noticed that it has been debited again on the next day.
The amount debited should be refunded to my account.

    As I raised issue here for auto debit not working, I had to pay April month 3 EMIs manually on 6th but late fees imposed on 2 EMIs remine EMI amount (extra) debited again.
    I will share Loan IDs here
    26A14946A362 & 26D70432D1D these both EMIs were paid on 6th manually but imposed 250 late fee on each loan.
    29A[protected] this EMI also paid on 6th manually but again EMI amount debited on 7th.
    Please do needful return my money

      I'm Zestmoney Customer, I taken Personal Loan of Rs 60, 000...
      EMi Due date is 5th of every month, But that day automatically payment is not deduct so i Have paid my Emi next day as soon as possible..
      Then also i have Charged Rs 253 ECH returns charges. So please refund this amount.

        EMI is debited twice for april month. My EMI date is 5th of april but the auto deduction didn’t happened so i paid manually in the app and the repayment history is also reflected. Today EMI is debited again. Kindly assist me here. I want the amount to be refunded.

          I paid my Nykaa order amount of INR 2296 via Zest Bolt on 14th March 22 my due date to pay the bill is on 5th April 22 I paid my bolt amount in advance on 4th April 22, I was happy with the smooth transaction until today they charged me INR 2296 via NACH/ECS and I received the mail of account debited. Why charging twice as I already cleared my bolt. Very disappointed with the service. Several times i have called and mailed to zest money to credit my money back but they are not responding.

          Its been 4 days and still no update from zest and they are telling to wait and wait only nothing else.

                    My first issue is Zestmoney debited this months EMI twice. And they are not connecting me to the customer even after calling several times. I have four to scheduled for yesterday. However, I paid the whole amount yesterday. And yesterday itself, the auto debit also happened from my bank account and the amount was deducted twice for my emi debited. I am attaching herewith the statement of my account. The amount wrongly deducted by ZestMoney and you should refund back the amount.

                    Second issue is, I have been touch with zestmoney from March 9, 2022 and they still have not resolved my issue. I tried placing an order on Myntra. Unfortunately, the order was not placed but zestmoney emi was activated and approved in my account. Myntra refunded the amount to zestmoney and till now they are dragging my case. And the emi not closed and yesterday they debited emi for a loan which should have been closed long back. Such cheats. Give me back all the money you debited unnecessarily.                     However for the loan ID: B34B394554C5 & 84523646A080 the extra amount of Rs.975/- and Rs.258/- will get initiated and the same will take 7 - 14 working days of time to reflect towards your bank account.

                    Same is the case with me. They committed a much higher value fraud in my case by deducting EMI against 3 failed transactions on Goibibo worth Rs32602/- each. They are frauds who are basically holding money in the name of investigation and earning hugh interest out of it.
                    Shame on you Zestmoney. Reading these complaints strengthen the belief that you are following unethical business practices in India. This is case of financial fraud you are doing.

                        Although there is sufficient balance auto debit couldn't be done.finally i had to pay manually but still showing on ZESTMONEY app as Auto debit is in progress.

                          I’ve taken an EMI in Zest money last month. My first emi was due on april 5th for amount of Rs.6, 520 ( Prinple due= 4292, interest 583, fee due 1, 643). I’ve paid the full amount 6, 520 with the fee due on april 4th as it showed in my zest account this way. But yesterday (the fee due) 1, 643.95 was again debited from my account for this EMI eventhough i have paid it before.

                            However i have not utilized those vouchers and loan ids are created for me by zest money.
                            When i am trying to use the vouchers following message is coming from amazon.

                            This gift card/voucher has already been added to another account.

                            I have contacted to amazon and they are telling that: following vouchers are neither reedmed from them by anyone nor available with them for redemption by anyone. Also some of amazon site telling that the amazon vouchers received from you are not in proper format of amazon.

                            My id is [protected]@iiitkalayni.ac.in my knowledge i have not requested for any amazon vouchers. If zest money is provided to me in my zest money account i am also not able to utilize the right now.

                            So kindly answer all
                            1. the vouchers are utilized by any person other then me.
                            2. the vouchers are true amazon vouchers.
                            3. When and on which date i had requested for the vouchers.
                            4. If something problem with the vouchers and not utilized till now, can u provide me fresh vouchers for same amounts by cancelling these vouchers or cancel/ close my above two loans created in zest money.
                            5. If the vouchers are utilized, where these are utilized for what purpose by whom?
                            6. Please provide me the such details for moving to cyber crime cell.
                            7. Solve the queries at earliest as i am in afread.

                            Immature company even dealing with money they don’t have 2step authentication or even pin system before any transaction they should ask for user pin .. because of there immature platform people are suffering.
                            They are tie up with other organisations to get customer to suffer in my case scalar academy is responsible.
                            Previous Thursday zest money authorised guy said with 7 days but today when I call customer care then he said to me they need 45 days more then I told to them please right in email but they doesn’t respond.
                            My case is not resolved but they mark as resolved .. again one type of fraud they are doing ..

                              In Zestmoney I took 4 loans in[protected]
                              I cleared all loans in December 2021
                              After Requesting a lot to Zestmoney provided 3 loans NOC on the Name of DMI Finance.
                              One more loan NOC is not giving on CIBIL effected loan number it is giving on Zest money loan account number
                              But in CIBIL report it was showing as two loans on one loan amount
                              Actually total loans took from Zestmoney is 4 loans but in CIBIL report 5 loans showing as overdue
                              I have 3 NOC and i want one more NOC from Zestmoney
                              4th month Running i paid all debts to zest but still not removing overdues in CIBIL i requested so many times to zest but not Responding
                              This is not good service providing by Zestmoney
                              Zestmoney making people fool by doing cibil report nagetive and showing double loans and customer care also very bad in response and sorting problems of customer

                              I kept request to change Mobile number to reach out through app but still not given solution

                              I recommend people to don't fall in Zestmoney trap

                              Still i didn't get solution from Zestmoney please do it needful

                                I have five emi scheduled for today. However, I paid the whole amount yesterday. Today, the auto debit also happened from my and the amount was deducted twice for my 4 emi total 8219.03 rs debited. I am attaching herewith the statement of my account. The amount wrongly deducted by ZestMoney and you should refund back the amount.

                                We are yet to receive the payment records from our bank. Once received we will assist you with the transaction details.

                                However, if there has been a double debit transaction, then the amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days in your registered bank account.

                                Further, if the debit transaction was unsuccessful on the due date, then I request you to please contact your bank regarding the refund of this amount.

                                We understand that this was an inconvenience and apologize for it.

                                  below are the screenshots of how you ruin my cibil evem after preclosing the LOAN overdue and late payment you guys showed and i tried to CONTACT your folks multiple times but you ### jus run away from your CUSTOMERs again if you dont fix i will escalate it to higher level coz i oaid you my hard earned money n u guys somewhere messed up n i am paying for it day to day
