Complaint marked as Resolved my complain is still not resovled but they mark as resolved,
when i asked to customer care they respond to me that they are working but when I login today I found that they mark it is resolved.
I repeat it is not resolved.

1. Loan is not applied by me
2. Someone else has redeemed.
3. Received a suspicious call, please find below there number
4. I don’t have any recording.
5. Phone number [protected]
even after getting assurances from customer care that amount will not debit from account but it happen.
Even after writing several mail, I am not getting any thing in written in email.

Updated by Anuj Kumar Pathak Immature company even dealing with money they don’t have 2step authentication or even pin system before any transaction they should ask for user pin .. because of there immature platform people are suffering.
They are tie up with other organisations to get customer to suffer in my case scalar academy is responsible.
Previous Thursday zest money authorised guy said with 7 days but today when I call customer care then he said to me they need 45 days more then I told to them please right in email but they doesn’t respond.
My case is not resolved but they mark as resolved .. again one type of fraud they are doing ..
