I have sufficient funds in my zest money linked account but still amount has not been debited and in zestmoney app showing auto debit is in progress
ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Finally haven't done my payment through auto debit and i paid all three loan dues manually for this month but still showing on ZESTMONEY app as Auto debit in progress.
Please look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

    I have paid my Due EMI of Rs.4653.79 on 02.04.2022 (bank Statement enclosed) before the due date of 05.04.2022. But on 05.04.2022, again my account has been debited with the same amount, and the previously paid EMI is not reflected in my profile. It is requested to sort this issue out ASAP or else I have to close the E mandate of ZEST and block the remaining EMIs until this matter is rectified.

      On 04th April 2022, my Zest money Account was hacked and Flipkart vouchers worth 31000, 20000, 1000-- rupees used at flipkart without my permission.
      Immediately after the fraud happened I reported it to zest money. According to their customer care I reported it to cyber Crime and I shared the report details with Zest money.

      But still zest money is not cancelled the stolen vouchers from my account and its showing to pay the EMI amount every month.

      Yesterday happened this cheating.If team tooks immediate action after my immediate response this fraud would not be happend

      But Zest money team is not interested to cancel the loan immediately. They said our internal cyber wing will investigate the issue and share the details with me soon.

      I am requesting you to cancel the loan activated without my permission and find the person who stole money.

      I have been following up with zest money customer support since last one month but getting same replay “ we are investigating the case”

      I would request you to please cancle the loan ASAP.

      I have not done any loan transaction .its fraud case .Please close all loan which has been activate by third person.

      Please update the status, Getting daily call for EMI payment, i am mentally distrub because of this, someone stolen my credit limit by creating voucher and I did complaint too but still getting call for EMI, why i pay behalf o[censored]nauthorised transaction.I took immediate action by informing your team and ragistering cyber crime report.please deactivate my fraudly generated loan.

        Dear zest money team i have not apply this amazon voucher loan [protected], [protected] and [protected] (inr 24, 579)and someone tried to loot money from my zest money account. I immediately noticed and activated the voucher on my amazon account to not loose money. I only came to know about the same when i got the voucher in mail. No customer care mail or phone is responding. I need to cancel the loan immediately else i will have to go to consumer court to initiate the process. I have already mailed and called zest team several times

        1) Please confirm if this is an ownership dispute (where customer has not applied for the loan) or false redemption (some else has redeemed the vouchers)?

        2) Please confirm if the customer has created Zest account or not? If yes, Any VOC, if he/she wants to share.

        3) Has the customer shared OTP or received any suspicious calls from anyone? If yes, please share any related details.

        4) Kindly confirm the registered email ID, contact number and bank statement belongs to you or not.

          I've manually paid the EMI of Rs 11446.27 on April 4th 2022. But right after the payment the same amount is auto-debited through ECS mandate from my account. So ₹ 11446.27 is excess paid.

          Please do the needful to get refund of ₹11446.27 excess paid to my account as soon as possible.

              CIBIL issue on Zestmoney

              I have taken personal loan and consumer loan in Zestmoney in 2018 and 2019 4 loans
              Due to my mobile number change i didn't paid in proper time
              I paid it off on December 2021 all 4 loans and till now it was not reflected in CIBIL report and showing as Overdue in CIBIL report and recently one more loan also added by Zestmoney showing as Ghalla as 250 rupees overdue on my cibil report.
              It was fake loan created by Zestmoney...

                              I have a approved loan of 9500 /- and requested amazone vouchers on 2022
                              April 4. I got a email telling me that my voucher codes are ready. But when i log in into my zest money account and click that 'view voucher' option i'm getting a msg "your vouchers are ready. We will email the voucher codes and pin shortly". I'm trying from yesterday but i did not get email containing voucher codes yet. Please fix this problem, i have to buy something really urgent

                                  I am found that, last three months you are wrong reporting in CIBIL report. Rs. 276.00 showing outstanding in CIBIL in your Account No. DXKOL[protected]. But I have no outstanding with you. My last EMI on my Loan ID :923C3460B1Z2 paid on[protected] which was before the due date. Also in my CIBIL the ZestMoney shows Rs. 3, 00, 000.00 as a loan limit without take my permission. I also mail him to close the account as I have no more require loan from ZestMoney but no action taken. This dues effect in my CIBIL Score. My CIBIL score jump down from 850 to 720 due to this false outstanding. I repeatedly mail to resolve the issue but ZestMoney not taking any action. Please remove the account from my CIBIL as soon as possible.

                                    Sir,
                                    I didnt applied for amazon gift vouchers. Following vouchers issued by zest for amazon pay:-

                                    H2HZ-WABQ85-6UPK
                                    23N4-MUMVBJ-N9DH
                                    CREQ-P6VBP9-TZPT 7

                                    For loan id 532420E4829C

                                    However i have not utilized those vouchers and loan ids are created for me by zest money.
                                    When i am trying to use the vouchers following message is coming from amazon.

                                    This gift card/voucher has already been added to another account.

                                    I have contacted to amazon and they are telling that: following vouchers are reedmed from them by anyone nor available with them for redemption by anyone. Also some of amazon site telling that the amazon vouchers received from you are not in proper format of amazon.

                                    My id is Swathi Sri A. [swathisri4mail]@gmail.com.in my knowledge i have not requested for any amazon vouchers. If zest money is provided to me in my zest money account i am also not able to utilize the right now.

                                    So kindly check
                                    1. Either the vouchers are utilized by any person other then me.
                                    2. Either the vouchers are true amazon vouchers.
                                    3. When and on which date i had requested for the vouchers.
                                    4. If something problem with the vouchers and not utilized till now, can u provide me fresh vouchers for same amounts by cancelling these vouchers or cancel/ close my above two loans created in zest money.
                                    5. If the vouchers are utilized, where these are utilized for what purpose by whom?
                                    6. Please provide me the such details for moving to cyber crime cell.
                                    7. Solve the queries at earliest as i am afraid.

                                    Note: If it is not solved. I will complaint to police and consumer court.

                                    Also Iam trying to contact you for so long. Solve this issue at earliest.

                                      Transacted on two merchants viz Myntra with an amount of Rs.5246 and Ketch with an amount of Rs.1258.40 through zestmoney with Loan ID #914264F4464A and Loan Id #376D2DFKT739.
                                      The entire order was cancelled and the same has been refunded by the merchant to the original payment source, i.e zestmoney but the particular loans has not been cancelled till date.
                                      The order cancellation and refund details mail from the merchant has been forwarded to zestmoney customer service team and no resolution has been provided till date.
                                      Moreover, the loan repayment schedule was from 05/04/202 for the particular loan Id #376D2DFKT739 as denoted in their loan agreement whereas it shows overdue in my ZestMoney account. I have contacted their customer service team multiple times via call and email and every time they say they have forwarded the issue to the concerned team. And I am yet to receive a reply from their concerned team. It is really very frustrating. They have made me a loan defaulter without any mistake of mine. Have been transacting though zestmoney since a long time and have made all the payments before time. But for refunds this is the worst service. Hope they solve my issue.

                                      It’s been a year and Loan Id #376D2DFKT739 has not been closed yet which led to a very poor cbil score. Everytime I contact support they provide me some random complain number and says me to wait 24-48hrs. It’s already been a year and this scam company can’t even close the active loan. Recently on 10th March when i called these useless company’s team again I was provided a complaint no.2946098 which was to be resolved in 48hrs but lol that was the greatest joke again
