I paid the EMI for March 2022, on February 26th, 2022, more than 18 days ago.

We are extremely sorry to hear this and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
As per the update from our relevant team, we would like to inform you that the payment which was made on 9th of February was updated in our records on 11th of February 2022.
However the payment which was made on 26th of February 2022 for the month of March was not posted nor refunded, due to which the same has been forwarded to the tech team for the resolution on priority.
We will close the issue within the next 24 hours of time, hence please bear us with this one time so that we revert with an update at the earliest.
Your relationship is extremely important to us, and we never want our errors to set you off track. We’re very committed to making it right, you can rest assured, we are taking this seriously. Thanks again for your patience while we work through this.

Your company has been doing this for about a month. There collection agent has called me several times about the
payment I made on February 26th, 2022.
I'm sure they'll send collection agents to my house to harass me even more.
I gave them my bank account information numerous times, and their collection person repeatedly asked for it.
Please stop harassing me. If something were to happen to me, your company would be held accountable.
My emails to their top management went unanswered.
They send me text messages and Whatsapp messages about payments on a daily basis, and they have attempted to withdraw money from my bank account as well.
I will file a complaint with the human rights department about this.
