25 days ago i made a payment to merchent 24999/- the order was cancelled because of time-out. Zestmoney stuck my amount, no one of zest team help to shortout this problem, i called to customer care many time, but they say amount refund with in 7 working days, also my laon account still on with load id no[protected], i said to seniors customer service to stop loan account, they did not take any action on it,
I suggest to other zest users to beware from zest fraud, it's better to use credit card.
# zestmoney is a fraud app.

Fraud zest.

      My zest money account loan amount 35600 rs was automatically converted into amazon pay vouchers without notifying me. Even I havent requested for to convert into amazon pay vouchers. When I call zest customer care they were asking me to raise complaint on cyber crime portal. i raised complaint in cyber crime as well. Cyber crime also suggested me to register FIR in nearest police station. I see same type of frauds happened to other customers from ZEST Money. This is looks like ZEST money doing some new type of fraud. So please aware of ZEST Money. I have shared cyber crime ack number to [protected]@zestmoney.in as well.

        Whole fetching the information of how the credit limits works it was mistakenly created a voucher. I have not interested to buy the product from the voucher.I don't need that voucher then y should I pay for it.please cancel it.please cancel the voucher and i can't able to pay the emi amount too.I too know that it is valid for one year.please. Don't highlight this.I don't want to purchase anything.please Don't do compulsion like once created a voucher you have to pay if i purchase any products or not.so please cancel it.It is showing like first month have to pay 8000 and 8 month 6500 to pay it is totally insane and i can't afford that much amount.please cancel it asap.thank you

          Cibil score wrongly reported

          To whomever it concern,

          This is to let you know after making multiple attempts and even being at good terms with zest money folks you guys have ruined my credit score i talked to serveral agents and supervisor from the company nobody has able to resolve the concern.
          Nobody returns a call and IVR doesn't connect to right person

          Even after pre closing most of the loans you still reported late payments and...

          I have got credit limit of 40000, but when I am doing Aadhar Kyc it say that duplicate Aadhar

            I had been receiving emails saying to pay back the loan that someone took using my email id.
            When I asked the ZestMoney to cancel the account they are not closing, They are expecting me to pay the money or else contact the merchant who took the loan.
            How will I contact the merchant if I don't know who the merchant is?
            Just by giving the merchant name to me to contact is not useful at ​all

                      I just signed up on Zestmoney, after that i have uninstalled app.
                      I have not taken any loan and never did any transaction with ZestMoney.

                      Daily i am getting message and calls from Zest marketing or some promotion calls. Earlier i raised this concern with ZestMoney they said i wont receive calls.

                      This people are annoying.Please remove my number from your data base and deactivate my account and never call or message.

                        I have paid down payment for the loan and I haven't received any giftcard from them when i call customer care they tell kyc not updated everytime but i have done the kyc through links they send and website also but each time i do it shows kyc is updated. I got message from zestmoney that my loan is approved . i opened my account and i found that 19999 rs amount is approved and i got some vouchers .                                 Your company has been doing this for about a month. There collection agent has called me several times about the
                                payment I made on February 26th, 2022.

                                I'm sure they'll send collection agents to my house to harass me even more.
                                I gave them my bank account information numerous times, and their collection person repeatedly asked for it.

                                Please stop harassing me. If something were to happen to me, your company would be held accountable.
                                My emails to their top management went unanswered.

                                They send me text messages and Whatsapp messages about payments on a daily basis, and they have attempted to withdraw money from my bank account as well.

                                I will file a complaint with the human rights department about this.

                                    Form last month, I have tired to apply Zest money with the help of some agent, after the long struggle of 10 days set bank mandate in zest money page. Person called for placing emi mandate but amount was debited around 87500 without any debit message and response from the zest money side. They will complete after confirm from your side to process, just initialled the process, now 87500 was gone from app.
