ZestMoney is not deleting my account

ZestMoney is not deleting my account. I have raised the request to delete the account from the application as well as raised the ticket with their support team. Despite this they have not deleted my account....

ZestMoney is not deleting my account and not providing the NOC.

There are no outstanding loans and I have raised a ticket on email several times. Despite this the account has not been closed.
ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Paid my all installments on time or sometimes even before time but since February they have not paid the cashback due.
    the amt is approx. to Rs 5000/-
    I have followed up with the customer care multiple times only to get false promise that it will happen in the next 8 to 10 days.
    they are cheating customers by giving reasons like technical failures and other things
    please look into this matter

      Hi,
      I have been facing to get my cash back problem since march-2023 and not gating resolved.
      Hence, the provider excused with technical problem issue and says that they will solve the problem in 7 working days form march -2023 bt still it’s not any kind of resolution they provided me, I regularly Paid my EMI on dated than there’s no any kind of technical issue but when it’s time to give cash back the company had a issue is it worth facilitating. Kindly do resolve the problem asap.

        Hai Team,
        I bought a mobile with the help of Zestmoney Cashback offer in January 2023.Till now i doesn't get my cashback amount into my account. i had already complained more than 4 times, but the customer executive said "amount will be refelect to your account within 10 days" but till now i doesn't any cashback amount from zest money.

        My request is not solved. Zest Money customer care told amount will send to your account in the end of july 31st but till now i didn't get my amount.
        Zest Money making false commitment to Peoples.

          I took a loan from zest money which was linked with flipkart int he form of voucher. Since I was not able to use the voucher, I cancelled the loan and the customer executive said okay. But after 2 months, they started calling me for EMI. They harassed me on the call, came to my home several times. I explained all the agents that I did not take the loan and I did not use the money so what should I even repay for.

          Till now they are degrading my CIBIL score and asking for repayment, when I didn't even use any money from their voucher.

          Please stop this torture of asking payments without even giving money for the loan.

          I am young and my CIBIL score is so important for me for my future and this app is ruining it for me and a kot of others

            Hello,

            I did not received my interest cashback on my last 5 months EMI's. Your CUSTOMER service call SUPPORT is full of ###- every time wait till 10 working days now today is 10th of July no cashback, i was told to wait till 20th of July nothing. If you guys can't honor your words and commitment then shut the company and stop fooling people. You take debit my account on time without any technical issues but while returning cashback there are technical issues.Every time they tell me same lies -wait for 10 working days. It has been 5 months now.
            Please someone get this sorted.

              I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent issues I have been facing with your company.

              As a loyal customer, I have always made my EMI payments promptly and even cleared the late fees when they were incurred, despite having autopay activated.
              However, I am appalled by the fact that your company has broken my trust by mishandling my payments and failing to adhere to the agreed-upon terms.

              One major concern I have is the continued deduction of interest on each EMI, despite being enrolled in a zero-interest plan. Your representatives assured me that any interest charged would be reimbursed in the same month, but to date, I have not received any refund as promised.

              This discrepancy is highly troubling, and it undermines the credibility of your company.
              To support my claims, I have attached the bank statements reflecting all my payments made thus far. These statements clearly show that I have fulfilled my obligations diligently.
              I believe this evidence will aid in resolving the matter promptly and effectively. I implore you to investigate this issue urgently and rectify the discrepancies in my account. I insist on an immediate resolution, as this matter has severely impacted my trust in your company. Regrettably, if these concerns are not addressed satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to sever my business relationship with your company permanently.

              customer care executives giving different opinions and different clarifications. misguiding me so that I could again get late for payment. I wont pay the money as i am got double crossed by the zest

                I have closed my loan account in the first month itself. I have paid all dues in the first month only. But you guys didn't update it to CIBIL bureau. I have raised this issue with you in guys in the month of April. But After reaching out to you guys several times, I can't see my issue resolved.

                so please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                  I had a loan with Zest money for Mi, the phone I paid the EMI but again they debited the EMI on the date 17 Jan 2023 Amount EMI-4102.35 Totally two times debited.

                  Regarding this I requested a refund to Zest money through Email and calling, but I always get a response like you will get refund within 15 days but now the amount has been refunded more the 7 months has been over
                  Kindly help me to get a refund on my second debited amount, attaching my details below,

                    I have raised request for account deletion on 7 july 2022 and when checking now (7 july 2023) i still see my account is active and pending for deletion.Also i see Bolt account active and showing in my cibil as Nahar credits of 4000 .
                    I have asked multiple times to delete my account permanently but they are still not deleting it.

                      I have purchased a subscription of APNA_TIME_SUB for RS. 8000. Loan ID -B426040D4180 But due to some reason the loan got cancelled on 26th of May, 2023 and the money has been refunded to Zest Money Team. So I called Zest Money customer service to know the status and they told me to wait for 7-10 business days and it's been more than a month I haven't got the refund yet, every time I call their customer service, they tell me wait for another 7-10 days and it's still under process. When I look up for this on Google, I hve found multiple no of cases like these. They are scamming people and paying their refund money. No wonder their play store rating is poor.
                      I just want to get my money back and delete the app for ever. This has been a pathetic experience using Zest Money.

                        I have taken a loan which have been canceled, but still money have been debited from my bank account. I talked with the merchant and confirmed that they have not received any money and that the product have been canceled. Till now ZestMoney have not taken any steps after complaining for 2 years. They told me to sent them all the necessities and after all the details have been given. No action is taken. The response I've got is a mail that it has been highlighted.

                          This is regarding the loan from ZestMoney cardless transaction of Rs. 36900.0 on 03-Mar-2023
                          The seller cancelled this transaction on 23-Mar-2023 as they had no stock available.
                          The same was informed to Zestmoney Customer Care by email, Chat and Phone along with the cancellation confirmation provided by the seller.
                          A total of Rs. 40, 308 was deducted from my account. I had been following it up for 3 months like more than 35 times and every time they just send the same scripted response to my emails but no refund as of now.

                          Looking for other means to raise this issue and get my money.
                          My experience with ZestMoney is very Frustrating and Pathetic!

                                I had used Zestmoney to purchase airtickets on Makemytrip in March 2022. The scheduled flight was cancelled and airline refunded the entire amount. However Zestmoney was showing that I have a pending loan amount. Finally after complaining multiple times, to Zestmoney and on consumercomplaints.in I decided to settle the amount because my credit score was getting affected and I was not eligible as coapplicant for my wife's education loan. I settled the loan on 5th December 2022. I thought my ordeal was over. However when I checked my credit score in Feb, it still showed that my loan was not settled. I have written multiple emails and every time I have been assured that my complaint will be attended to on priority basis. The complaint email thread has become too long but with no resolution. My ticket numbers are #3236583 and #3408134.

                                  This is Gurpreet Singh I am paying rupees. 3716.96 on loan id: C01EE4268441 EMI on time but I am not receiving cash back. last ticket number(#3461972)and I was told that my cashback will be credited and it still hasn't.
                                  another ticket (#3539837) number.

                                  if they can't give me cash back they at least reduce my EMI per month.

                                    We have applied for a loan, but since Loan ID:BE8BC697E141 was written off with balance Rs.1355.1 it is showing in bureau report and as per bank query we need to clear the same to pass the loan.

                                    We have been writing to ZestMoney for a long time but unable to get NOC or account details where balance amount is required to be transferred.

                                      I had multiple times approached Zest money regarding NOC for loan number 1A30F90A37A1. I had closed my loan on 25/03/2022. Still in my Cibil Report loan its showing Active. They were saying Lender (PIRAMAL) has not Closed loan at their database . From last three months many back and forth emails were sent to Zest and no positive response has been received yet . Amount is showing due by 422 days in my cibil report and it has badly affected my cibil report .Being helpless i had to approach PIRAMAL .They reverted saying Zest never approached them with such Case before and now PIRAMAL is asking for NOC from me and Zest never had send me NOC for that loan .Me being a customer is responsible to deal with lender ? With the internal miscommunication between Zest and Piramal .Its the customers cibil that has got affected .I want my request to be looked upon at high priority & the compensation for the bad cibil score and customer sentiment been over exploited .
