    My emi of rs 3983.05 was debited on 31/12/2021 but it is not reflecting in zestmoney dashboard. It is showing that emi yet to pay As it is already debited from my account why should i pay it again. Kindly check and fix this asap.

        I purchased a mobile from Flipkart via zest money and they said no coast emi on that phone but the intrest we provide you as a cashback but after first emi i got cashback of 170 rs but now they are saying that this was technical error and we can't provide you cash back now its like i got cheated because they charged 353 rs processing fee and now i have to pay intrest also please help me

          Around Rs.3000 was deducted as ECS charge from my account due to wrong information of the company's customer care. Whose background company promised to refund me Rs.885.83/- whose timeline was to be credited in my bank in 7 to 14 days from 31st October. Whose match is something like this.

            False report on cibil in the name of ghalla consumer loan

            I have not applied for any loan from zest money, only enquired for it but in
            cibil is showing as two loans with the amount 13930 each as of 07/12/2016.
            Please resolve the same...

                    There are 2 ongoing loans in my zest money account from which two of my loan EMI's has to auto debit on 6th December, 2021 but one of the loan EMI didn't auto debited, after few days I got a text that I am being charged a late fee of Rs. 250. I immediately called the customer service and as requested shared my bank statement while on call and as promised it would be waived off within 24hrs. But now even after calling several times and waiting for these many days it hasn't been waived off yet they just keep on saying "we are working on it as your concern is already active" and asking to wait for sometime every time I call and more over my credit limit has been locked because of their fault plus my credit score is being affected. I don't understand why it's taking so long but it's a very pothetic experience and it's very stressful.

                              मैंने ऐमजॉन से एक प्रोडक्ट ख़रीदा था जिसकी कीमत 11499 रुपये कि थी पर वो खरीदने से पहले मेरी पेमेन्ट फेल्ड हो गई जिसके फलस्वरूप zestmoney ने मेरी 12 महीने कि किश्त बना दी। पर जबकि मेरी पेमेन्ट फेल्ड जो चूकी है तो मेरा वो लोन समाप्त होना चाहिए । अब ना तो मेरे किसी मेल का उत्तर आ रहा है ना हि मेरा फोन लग रहा है । मैंने सभी प्रूफ भी ईमेल द्वारा सेंड कर दिए हैं पर कोई भी अभी तक काम नहीं हुआ है मुझे zestmoney से ऐसी उम्मीद नहीं थी । मैं आप का पुराना कस्टमर हूँ कभी कोई किश्त देर से नहीं दी है फिर भी आप मुझे परेशान कर रहे हो

                                Zest money & its lender Hedge finance not removing my overdue amount from my CIBIL report. They are harassing me. Since 1 year my family facing financial crisis because we cannot take any loan without CIBIL report correction. But these people only playing with the life of innocent people.

                                  Hi, I tried pre-closing my zest money EMI.I made the payment from phone pe.Amount is debited from my bank account and on phone pe, the transaction shows successful.However, on zest money, it does not show that the payment is received.It still shows that I need to pay that emi.
                                  ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
