My ZestMoney Account was approved and I got credit limit of Rs xxxxx.
Got Email from ZestMoney as below

We are excited to let you know that your credit limit with ZestMoney EMI is approved and activated. You can now enjoy the full amount by shopping with our various shopping partners. Check out our partner brands and get started.

But purchase failed due to insufficient Credit Balance. On Checking ZestMoney App, it says
Credit Limit is temporarily locked. Please check Later.
Even after 1 week, the status is same. For several emails and calls, ZestMoney Support team's answer is it is system generated. I need to wait. Support team does not know how long it takes to unlock.
My CIBIL credit score is Excellent . No payment delays.
As loan applicant I have the right to know why my credit is locked.
If my credit is not good or some other concerns, as long as ZestMoney tells the reason, I can understand.
But with out reason for 1 week as of now, it looks totally arbitrary. No option to escalate the issues to Senior Staff also. Looks unprofessional
