Sir I take loan of 3000 on Flipkart voucher and i pre close on same day but when I check my dashboard its like 3000 still not paid I refresh the page, switch off/on many times but nothing happens do something about it its really important to me

    My Emi amount Rs.16, 824 is auto-debited from my bank account on DEC 06, 2021 but it is not reflected in the ZestMoney dashboard. It is showing that EMI repayment is late (Overdue). As it is already debited from my account why should I pay it again? Kindly check and fix this asap. Also, make sure my CIBIL & Interest CashBack should not get affected as this is not my fault. I need a resolution asap.

      I had purchased a flipkart voucher worth 6500 on 15 th November, The first EMI due date was on 6th December of rupees 2261.23, The money was auto debited from my account to the EMI but it is still showing overdue in my zestmoney app and I have been receiving Overdue reminder sms. Please kindly look into this. I have attempted to contact customer care multiple times but they didn't pickup the calls. This should not affect my CIBIL score as this was not my fault.           I had pay my emi of INR 1974.84 on 06/12/2021 and money was also debited from my account but still showing to pay on dashboard.I had call many times to customer care but they did not pick my call. I will not pay any charges and be sure that it will not affect my civil as it is not my fault .I had made payment on time. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

            I had a loan for 23000 INR with Zestmoney which I paid off in EMIs without fail. The loan has been completely paid off last month. However, as soon as the debt was cleared I got
            a CIBIL alert saying I have an overdue loan of 192337 INR with DMI Finance. I tried contacting the customer care but after the IVR redirects to the support agent no one picks up the call. It's been weeks and the wrong report still remains un-rectified.

              1. Took a loan from zestmoney on 31st january 2021 and closed it on 15th march 2021, they lended money via their IIFL. but they reported to cibil that the account is not closed and having balance of 572/- and overdue of 893/-. i have contacted their support team and they said they are working to solve the issue everytime i message to their mail, lastly after 7months they said they have been solved the issue and it will reflect in your cibil after 30days, but my cibil report shows the same details nothing updated.
              2. Its from their another partner DMI Finance they updated my address with someone's and they mailed them about this issue, they replied that they cant do anything instead they told to zestmoney they will do the needful do update my correct address. then i contacted zestmoney for this issue in september2021 they are washing their hands they cant do anything contact DMI Finance.

              its almost five months after many calls, mails and tweets, still my problem is unsolved, their nodal officer and customer care mail id's didn'd give a single reply to my mails.

                I have a approved loan of 20500/- and requested amazone vouchers on 2021
                November 29. I got a email telling me that my voucher codes are ready. But when i log in into my zest money account and click that 'view voucher' option i'm getting a msg "your vouchers are ready. We will email the voucher codes and pin shortly". I'm trying from yesterday but i did not get email containing voucher codes yet. Please fix this problem, i have to buy something really urgent

                  My ZestMoney Account was approved and I got credit limit of Rs xxxxx.
                  Got Email from ZestMoney as below

                  We are excited to let you know that your credit limit with ZestMoney EMI is approved and activated. You can now enjoy the full amount by shopping with our various shopping partners. Check out our partner brands and get started.

                  But purchase failed due to insufficient Credit Balance. On Checking ZestMoney App, it says
                  Credit Limit is temporarily locked. Please check Later.

                  Even after 1 week, the status is same. For several emails and calls, ZestMoney Support team's answer is it is system generated. I need to wait. Support team does not know how long it takes to unlock.

                  My CIBIL credit score is Excellent . No payment delays.
                  As loan applicant I have the right to know why my credit is locked.

                  If my credit is not good or some other concerns, as long as ZestMoney tells the reason, I can understand.

                  But with out reason for 1 week as of now, it looks totally arbitrary. No option to escalate the issues to Senior Staff also. Looks unprofessional

                  As mentioned earlier, I have sent screenshots to at least 3 or 4 support staff. Nothing new to send.
                  My credit limit is locked after approval with out taking any loan. No answer from ZestMoney why it is locked and when it will be unlocked ?
                  If I can not use, I am happy to close my account. No need to keep locked account.

                    Loan account number DMI[protected], I have multiple loans with Dmi finance through zest money, i shocked to see that they reported 18 late payments to Cibil and a loan of 1, 20, 996 rs which i never took from them. They literally destroyed my Cibil and i'm sending emails and calling to them from last 2 months and shared my Cibil report 4, 5 times but still they didn't resolved the issue.

                      I had applied for Loan in zest money to pay NMIMS MBA fees of rupees 108000. The ZEST Money account shows that Loan is disbursed on 19/11/2021, but the merchant has not received the same. My loan application number is #5D9C568D3534, please give transaction reference number for disbursement
                      Please see the matter and solve problem as soon as possible because classes is already started.please fine attached sanction letter.

                        I payed all my emis on time or before due date on zest money but it affected my cibil negatively. I have around 30000 loan amount left and all of the emis were payed before due date but an amount of 82000 is shown as impending loan on my cibil due to zest money.                         I talked to your representative Shubham on call regarding this. He said that it will take around 1 week to make this right. He said that the credit line is open with incred that’s why this is happening even when I have payed my emis on time. Then in 2 days time I cleared all the loans so that the credit line is closed and still that loan from incred is showing as default on my cibil. I cleared all the loans from zest money and I am not taking any in the future and anyone reading this please avoid taking loans from zest.

                          Hi,

                          I had availed of a Zest Money loan sometime back. Initially, I was paying off the dues on time until my health was up for a toss and I had to quit my job. Sadly, the pending EMI's are now in the arrears which I completely aim to pay.

                          What's harassing is getting numerous calls a day, demanding payments. That's not all about it. Recently, recovery agents have started visiting my home for the same. It is a harassing experience and truly illegal. Zest Money. Kindly stop sending recovery agents to places like home for the collection. There are senior citizens residing and is a humiliation as well. Plus, RBI does not encourage recovery mechanisms like such. Kindly look into the matter and stop these agents from visiting now and then.

                            Hi, on 12th November 2021, 11:11 AM (approximately) my transaction failed on myntra 2717 INR but amount debited from my ZestMoney account and loan was created on zestmoney app .. I contacted zestmoney but they said they can't do anything and said to contact myntra. I am attaching the screenshots of the transaction and emails I received .. Myntra Order ID shown on after successful transaction on transaction page was :[protected] and ZestMoney Order ID (on zestmoney app):[protected]E54.. Both myntra and zestmoney are not taking the responsibility... So never ever use Zestmoney.. You have to pay not only the total amount on the shopping cart but also the interest rate, that is for me total amount to pay is 3077.69 INR (2717 INR on the shopping cart) for the order that didn't took place. this type of incident never happened when using a credit card or debitcard.. I think their coding is not perfect there maybe bugs in the zestmoney system... so beware

                            I contacted zestmoney but they said they can't do anything and said to contact Myntra. so I contacted Myntra and they said they didn't receive the payment so they can't do anything contact the bank in this case the bank is zestmoney both of them are blaming each other and not ready to take responsibility

                                I have paid my emi of rs 6261.86 on due date but it is not reflecting in zestmoney dashboard. It is showing that emi repayment is late. As it is already debited from my account why should i pay it again. Kindly check and fix this asap. Also make sure my cibil should not get affect as this is not my fault. I have seen some similar complain so i am sure there is some problem on your server. I need a resolution asap. Feel free to contact me.

                                  ZEST has charged me 40% on my loan during the time i opted in for moratorium- i have followed up with them multiple times, and they are the worst when it comes to customer service. I had many loan accounts with Zest most of which was consumer loans. They have even blindly debited my account during the moratorium. The comany does not seem to have a ledger of these debits as well. After following up multiple times to get a waiver on these interests, noone in the company seemed to want to resolve it - all this while i had not paid what was due, and they started showing this as late payments. Multiple emails and calls were made to the company. Currently i can see that there are 4 loan accounts in the name of DMI Finance and Ghalla which have been reported to CIBIL - 3 of which had absolutely no reason to be reported, and the 4th one being the one that i made an OTS on as these people would not help waive off the interest, and i did not want to pay the money to a fradulet company. I need to understand what is going on with Zest, how do they so casually spoil people's credit scores! I want to ensure that they remove my account reporting from CIBIL

                                    I had and emi of rs 1288 and my account had 1290 rs. But it didn't debited the emi amount but debited rs 590 2 times. Please refund my money.

                                      My Cibil is tempered by ZestMoney

                                      I have taken a product from FlipKart at No Cost EMI from ZestMoney. Later I have returend that product. In Zest Money app also that is shown as cancelled and no EMI is charged from me. However ZestMoney have taken that loan from their lending partner and never repaid them back. Due to which My Cibil score dropped down to 720. Thri lending partner have confirmed that it's zest money which have tken the loan.

                                      Till now there is not a single outstanding from my end to zestmoney towards any loan. As everything is via ECS and there is no bounce from my end. Still I have to suffer. This is not the first time, in past one such occurance have taken place.

                                      I am very nervous, tourchered and in anxiety, as I am in process to purchase a home and my home loan application is dicey due to low cibil . There is not a single outstanding in my cibil except this. I am in acute depression due to this :( as there are many hopes with this home of mine and now I don't see that dream come true.

                                      I have provided all cibil reports, and confirmation from Piramal Group from which they have thaken the money on my behalf. But noa ction done, neither they have replied to my emails.

                                      ALso this happened second time in a same year. I have clear directions for them not to use my KYC to any third party, but they still landed money from Piramal group on my behalf. Most unethical company I ever know
