My Emi was Double Time Debited from my account
My due date 5th for which i have given autodebit ( Rs 18000) option, on 5th march 2021 amount was debited,
but on 6th March 2021 again EMi amount got Debited (Rs 18000)
If i approach Customer care, they are saying it is not updated in their system,
finally i submitted my bank statement, via email, They have not even responded to it yet,
Over phone, they said it will be adjusted for next month, even that has been happened since 5 days, also Refund status not yet replied
