I have been chasing Zest Money for the past two months to solve my issue and now as of 30.03.21 they are saying it will take 30 working days to resolve my issue, meaning excluding sat, sun and holidays, practically it is two months. Which company on Earth offers 30 working days, the standard is 7 working days.

I have only one loan account with Zest Money and the outstanding amount is less than Rs. 7, 000. But on my CIBIL Report there are 3 loan accounts reflecting with outstanding amount of Rs. 27, 000 approx. In which one loan I have never taken.

I seriously dont understand, after providing all the supporting documents they are now saying 30 working days to correct my CIBIL Report.

Iam really disappointed with Zest Money. I had also approached DMI Finance Ltd, Company that runs Zest Money and they also have worst customer service. Not a single person contacted me so far.

Because iof this issue, my CIBIL score has affected.

    I have closed loan on July. But it is showing as closed on December after 91 days DPD. I have also contacted customer service team ince they told there is no correction required as information is correct. Later i mailed them again they are answering about credit limit even my question is clear they are answering about something else. From customer care team they are giving fake promises such as you will get call back within 24 hours but no one calls. I don't understand why they are making customers fools.

      My loan order id is 7CD452F896B5 I received an sms on 18th of feb that i m elegible For one time settlement and I have to pay 9553.80 to close my loan and i done this payment on the same day but still now it is showing on the app that the loan in not closed and showing that i have to pay emis i send mail to zest money several time but the loan is still not closed zest money customer service is too poor they are not closing the loan pls check i attached all the screen shot and close the loan

          And I didn't received any voucher or amount from your side but how can I pay your loan amount. Please cancel the voucher or share the flipkart voucher details.

              they havn't updated my cibile score. it been more then 6 months and a continues follow up but all they are giving me a 30 days extended timeline. i am very stressed cause of it

                  Requested NOC from zest money of my closed loan .its been 4 months with regular follow up from my side.still they are telling to wait more..every time i am asking for NOC and cibil update.i am getting same mail .that i have to wait more..its been 4 months..i am really depressed as it impacts my cibil and my home loan getting rejected as i don't have NOC.i am really depressed.i have attached fird day when i started asking for mail and todays mail also.since Nov 2020 i am asking for updation on cibil report and for NOC

                  Like all the other mail, . Again same that i will get soon. Why don't they understand i need NOC .it takes max to max 1 month but i am asking the same thing from past 4 months..

                    I had a pending EMI amount on Zest Money and I could not pay on time because I lost my job due to corona virus. I have managed to join another company this month. And I will be able to pay my EMIs regularly from next month. I have never missed my EMIs on Zest Money. This is the first time, that too because I was financially not able to. I have been charged a late fine of INR 250 and getting calls everyday to make the payment.

                    Can you please remove the late fine? I will manage and try to make the payment within a day or two.

                        Hello Team
                        I had paid emi 3150 on 28 feb 2021and also debit from my ac. But not reflected in my zest ac. Then I had log a complaint then executive of zest money said that my amount is recieved by the company but not tag in my acount, then he advice to maintain emi balance in my ac. So that on 5 march it will auto debit ...and he assures me that your money will refunded in 7 working days but .. No amount has been recieved till yet.
                        Kindly resolve my issue other wise i will not pay any future emi

                          I am Complaining from last 1 year about Cibil Updation.I have closed my zest money account also.complained many times.
                          But zestmoney team is not capable to do work.Everytime they ask for next 30 days to wait.Daily am checking my CIbil Score through Transunion Cibil.No changes in Cibil.I dont understand what is zestmoney team is doing.They are only giving excuses and time to wait.i want solution.

                            I had loan with Zest money for Edureka course purchase, this month( March 2021) EMI 5296 is debited on 5th and again same amount has been debited for second time on 6th, Totally two times debited.

                            Regarding this i requested a refund to Zest money through Email and call, but i always get a response is like second time debit is not credited to their account, even i attached bank statement for reference still they used to tell money not credited.

                            Kindly help me to get a refund on my second EMI debit, attaching my details below,

                              My Emi was Double Time Debited from my account
                              My due date 5th for which i have given autodebit ( Rs 18000) option, on 5th march 2021 amount was debited,
                              but on 6th March 2021 again EMi amount got Debited (Rs 18000)

                              If i approach Customer care, they are saying it is not updated in their system,
                              finally i submitted my bank statement, via email, They have not even responded to it yet,
                              Over phone, they said it will be adjusted for next month, even that has been happened since 5 days, also Refund status not yet replied

                                      I have purchased voucher on 5th March, 2021. Even after more than 60Hrs, I still haven't received the voucher code for my loan #99F4EDCEE405 which was confirmed from your side. I have clicked the 'GET VOUCHER' button in the app more than once but to no avail. Please advise and do the needful ASAP.

                                        Even after more than 36 hours, I still haven't received the voucher code for my loan #614D3B411711 which was confirmed from your side. I have clicked the 'GET VOUCHER' button in the app more than once but to no avail. Please advise and do the needful ASAP.
