Incorrect DPD showing in credit report

I have closed loan on July. But it is showing as closed on December after 91 days DPD. I have also contacted customer service team ince they told there is no correction required as information is correct. Later i mailed them again they are answering about credit limit even my question is clear they are answering about something else. They are not updating cibil also not giving me NOC

Collection Practice and abuse

I'm getting harassment calls from Zest Money agents about making a payments I have been abused at called a liar and I have recordings of all the conversations and the lady on the other was relentless in making sure she calls me every insult on the book...

Not providing NOC and neither updating correct status on cibil report

Requested NOC from zest money of my closed loan .its been 4 months with regular follow up from my side.still they are telling to wait more..every time i am asking for NOC and cibil update.i am getting same mail .that i have to wait more..its been 4 months..i am really depressed as it impacts my cibil and my home loan getting rejected as i don't have NOC.i am really depressed.i have attached fird day when i started asking for mail and todays...

I had a pending EMI amount on Zest Money and I could not pay on time because I lost my job due to corona virus. I have managed to join another company this month. And I will be able to pay my EMIs regularly from next month. I have never missed my EMIs on Zest Money. This is the first time, that too because I was financially not able to. I have been charged a late fine of INR 250 and getting calls everyday to make the payment.

Amount debited twice but not refunded till yet

I had paid emi 3150 on 28 feb 2021and also debit from my ac. But not reflected in my zest ac. Then I had log a complaint then executive of zest money said that my amount is recieved by the company but not tag in my acount, then he advice to maintain emi balance in my ac. So that on 5 march it will auto debit ...and he assures me that your money will refunded in 7 working days but .. No amount has been recieved till yet.br...

Cibil Not Updated Complaining More than 1 Year

I am Complaining from last 1 year about Cibil Updation.I have closed my zest money account also.complained many times.
But zestmoney team is not capable to do work.Everytime they ask for next 30 days to wait.Daily am checking my CIbil Score through Transunion Cibil.No changes in Cibil.I dont understand what is zestmoney team is doing.They are only giving excuses and time to wait.i want solution.

EMI Double debit

I had loan with Zest money for Edureka course purchase, this month( March 2021) EMI 5296 is debited on 5th and again same amount has been debited for second time on 6th, Totally two times debited.

Regarding this i requested a refund to Zest money through Email and call, but i always get a response is like second time debit is not credited to their account, even i attached bank statement for reference still they used to tell...

Emi Was Double Time Debited from my Bank account by ZestMoney in a month

My Emi was Double Time Debited from my account
My due date 5th for which i have given autodebit ( Rs 18000) option, on 5th march 2021 amount was debited,
but on 6th March 2021 again EMi amount got Debited (Rs 18000)

If i approach Customer care, they are saying it is not updated in their system,
finally i submitted my bank statement, via email, They have not even responded to it yet,

Account debited twice for EMI

I wanted to file a complaint against ZESTMONEY. I had a loan account with them for upgrad platform. My account is being auto debited every month for EMI payment. I never till this moment failed in repaying my dues.
Zestmoney debited my account for EMI payment for the month of March 2021 as usually on 5th March. Again on 6th March my account is debited for EMI payment for the second time. Which means If had to pay 13623 once a month...
