    Zest money automatically alot my credit amount which one is not be excess and i complain much more time and i also complain deduction team and send mail to [protected]@zestmoney.in team and also deepak.[protected]@zestmoney .in
    No one can help me to solve my problem and always says to me solve with 24 hour and this problem is going from July to till now .no one can reply proper way.

      I have taken personal loan from zestmoneyin 2017 and already paid before the loan duration but still its showing pending in my cibil and I also didn't receive noc for the same, I must say that zestmoney has very pathetic customer care I have paid all emi on time no bouncing and also closed before the given tenure still they don't bother to update in my cibil...kindly request zestmoney to look into my matter and send me my noc on my registered mail id ASAP...

          I takened loan from DMI Finance through Zest Money on 05.01.2020 rs 18000/- & on 20.03.2020 takened a loan from Incred financial services limited Rs 30000/- i cleared all outstanding within one month.till today they are not providing NOC And Not reported to CIBIL .I mailed to zest money last jun they told it will updated in next 30 days no corrections are made

            Sir,
            We have cancelled lido learning classes and also informed lido learning and zest money that we are not attending classes from sep 2020 . ALSO WE HAD NOT APPLIED FOR ANY LOAN FROM ZEST MONEY loan Id: 8A213547AB14.

            . Unnecessarily we are getting calls and messages regarding loan and EMI. When we have cancelled lido learning and not taken any loan still your people are trying to contact us. so you requested to cancel the loan that we have not taken and stop further communication.

              I have taken 64000/- via ufaber no cost emi for 12months. Due to lockdown I have opted phase1 moratorium.These people have charged me 1933/- interest for the same.As it is no cost emi I get interest reversal of 966/-every month but I have not got interest reversal for 2 months plus they debited 966/- extra for interest amount.My emi is going on time still I get 10 calls, messages, mails to pay the same emi which has already been debited.
              Now also I have paid 6303/- on5 oct (emi date is on 4th of every month but this month they debited on 3oct without informing me)but still I am getting calls mails messages to pay the same.when I complained them regarding that they said I have to pay 1933/- interest amount (their website shows some other amount way more than this)and they will not do interest reversal.They are just trying to fool me and extract extra money.This not fair to take advantage of the corona time where every penny matters.
              I have not got interest for 2 months which comes almost1933/- plus I have paid 966/- extra on last month’s emi which comes to 2899/-Extra I have paid for no cost emi of amount 64000/- asking me to pay more 1933/- is not justifiable.
              Also they are saying that I have opted for phase2 moratorium but when my emi have gone on time in that duration how can they claim that.
              They tie up with institutions where students do not have any other option but to take loan from them and then they loot them.When I refused to pay extra money they stopped my course from the classes.
              They are harassing me for money on the name of RBI pls take strict action against them.

                  Noc not received after too many requests

                  I am Yashvinder from sonipat haryana. I had two loans with zest money loan no. Is 0A8D63AB7C52 and 445AAF375406. closure of my zest money is not providing me no due certificate after lots of requests through proper channel they also show in my cibil there is a overdue payment of rs 4333 but there is not a single default or overdue or late payment. Now they also accept my loan has been closed. Please do the needful for my noc at the earliest...

                  I found out that there is unknown consumer/Personal loan was attached to my Cibil Credit Report by DMI Finance which is partnered with ZestMoney & MoneyView Finance. This has affected my CIBIL score and loan is still not shown as closed in my CIBIL.
                  I preclosed all my loan with ZestMoney before moratorium period there is no due after ZestMoney block my profile but not closed my loan in Cibil Reports.
                  Now I’ve only one personal loan with MoneyView ₹50000 which is regularly deducted 8 months Emi paid from my Bank.( Loan id:[protected]
                  You should solve my issues as soon as possible either I will go for legal action.

                      Guys !!! please dont use zestmoney, , , , , , , , , initially i thought its a good company as i got a loan and i cleared a loan and recieved my NOC,
                      1)after that my problem started, I recently applied for home loan and my loan got rejected because the zest money loan which is closed 2 years back is still reflecting as open and overude is reflectiing
                      2) I decided to close all the relation ship with zest money i mean exsisiting all my loans with zest money and i issued NOC, , , , , but after issueing my NOC and all my loans are closed again in next month my emi got deducted from bank, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , the only thing i will tell people not to use is the particular team in zestmoney which will report all closed loans to cibil is not working properly and they will update false data to cibil, which will effectus in future as many o[censored]s will not take care about cibil or regularely check cibil, these zest money is uploading false data in CIBIL

                            For Bits pilani mtech i took emi option with zest money, and took moratorium after two months they asked me to pay my 4th EmI. which was more than 10000 and they said it is the interest for the total period. and last month i paid my emi 9030(august).
                            but in september when i try to pay my EMI by logging in into zest money it shows 9030 (september) and this is my last emi. but when i try to pay it. site logged me out.
                            I discussed the same thing on zest money chat with their representative. he was telling me again i have to pay interest. i told him i can pay immediately my last emi 9030 which is being show in zest money website my account page. but they are threatening me it will impact my CIBIL score.
                            i have screen shots of chat with zest money representative and my account page in zest money which still says my due is 9030 rupees.
                            Zest money is cheating customers with this kind of attitude. i am not a new customer for zest money. i already took two loans from them and paid them off on time. this was my third loan for bits.

                                Zestmoney has not update my cibil since 6 months.I have dropped more than 100 mails in the last 2 months.
                                But they are still not updating it.I even raised a dispute with cibil.
                                Zestmoney has replied to cibil that they are not going to change my report.
                                Cibil is badly impacted now and my home loan is rejected.What a fake and scam company this is.They hhave also taken a loan on my name which I have never taken till date.since last 2 months they are only saying to wait for 30 to 45 days.Still they are not resolving my issue.They are ruining me completely.Someone please help.I still have 2 open accounts in my cibil, bit all my payments are clear more than 2 months.

                                  I'm a customer of zest money (Formally camden town technologies pvt ltd) for the last 3 years and i've not used any credit exceeding 20000 and there is no delayed payment till now. Now when i'm checking my cibi report there is a loan of ₹1, 33, 787 is reported as dpd for the last 7-8 months (Cibil report attached). I was running behind them for the last 2-3 months but there is no proper email or response from their end. They have clearly stated that the loan does not belong to me and it was their mistake (Email/chat screenshots attached). When i contacted them 2 months back they were told me that it will be fixed in 30 days but even after 30 days, there are no email or response from them. Then i tried contacting them again and the same story is still going on. This is really important for me to fix my cibil.

                                    When i approached bank for my home loan, they gone thru my cibil report and said dmi finance had taken 59k loan with my name and almost 10k is pending to pay, they rejeced my home loan.

                                    I had cancelled all releationship with zesmoney on april / may, then how they can take loan in my name?
