I have an Existing email with ZestMoney for an amount of Rs.5, 473 which is due on 5th of every month. I have availed this loan from the month of Nov-2023. I have made all payment in time to Zestmoney without any delay. I was due for an Emil for the month of 5th Feb 2023. I decided to pay this emi early on 24th Jan 2023. 10 days prior due date. Zestmoney mobile app and customer care also tells me they have received an early payment, However they have updated to my CIBIL that I have missed my payment for the month of Feb 2023 and its affecting my credit score all over. I have lodged an complaint with Zest Money since March 31st 2023. Till date[protected] no resolution or reply for them in regarding this matter, i have also raised an Complaint to RBI in regarding the same. ZEST MONEY IS Fraud. They are not even listed on RBI Website.

    I have a taken a emi partner from zest money for my online degree payment. For which i have opted for no cost emi cashback option. In which i am entitled to receive my cashback of interest amount that i have been charged for my emi. I have paid all my emis on time but haven't recieved the cashback amout for 3 month(march, april, may).

      Im already file the compliant against Zestmoney and submitted all related documents. but, till now they disturbed me and that loan was in alive. its affect my CIBIL SCORE. i wont take the loan for my future. so please take needful action ASAP. my first compliant date 9.07.2022, second compliant date 24.07.2022. already i loss nearly 30000. i need refund that amount and send the NOC. give the letter to CIBIL.a

          I have taken education loan from company, and it was a Zero Interest EMI with interest taken will be given back as cashback. Even paying all the installments on time, for last three months I have not received my interest cashback. I raised complaint and the ticket no. is 3282303. But every call they provide me a extended timeline and this is happening for last two months.

            I didn't receive my cashback from the month of May and April and a when I called the customer care Mr Shubham and Mr Sameer that I will receive the cash back as soon as possible they are not giving me a proper disclosure time the first call has been made on April 15th then the state at me that I will receive my cash back on April 30 and when a call on April 30 they stated me that I will receive my cash back on May 10th and when I called on May 10th they stated me that I will receive the cash back on May 15th until 11:00 p.m. and today is may 16th when I called the zest money support as my mentioned Mr Shubham and Sameer is saying that I will receive the cash back on June 10th and I need to make a payment on June 5th and they are not making me and any extension time period and reverse they are miss behaving with me that say thatthey can't make any promises and yet they have they promised me 4 dates from April till may 15th and today they are saying I will receive the cash back on June 10th and if I don't receive my cash back I can't make the payment of next EMI which is on June if I don't receive the cash back and I provided every month loan earlier a month because of the delay of cashback it can't make the payment of June as I am in a financial trouble and they are not understanding and they are saying that they will estimate the issue and they will take some action has when I am asking about the cash back they are saying me to wait and have have patience proper reply from this money as I am requesting every executive of the judgement support no one is providing me the proper mail

              Unable to change mobile number

              Hi, this is Gautam Kathpal. I opened a snapmint account 1 year back with this number.. [protected] but currently the number was not with me because mobile number lost so the mobile network cancelled my number.. So i cannot use the snapmint account currently.

              I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the lack of resolution regarding the closure of my ZestMoney account and the erroneous reporting of my loan status in MyCIBIL records.

              It has come to my attention that despite numerous attempts to close my ZestMoney account, the account remains active and operational. I have diligently followed the necessary steps and contacted your customer support via email, specifically on [protected]@zestmoney.in since December 2022. I have all the emails as proof. However, to my dismay, I have not received any substantial assistance or even a satisfactory response from your team.

              Furthermore, my loan, which was sanctioned by ZestMoney, is still being reported as open and shows delayed payments in MyCIBIL records. This inaccurate information is adversely affecting my credit score and financial credibility, and it is causing unnecessary distress and inconvenience.

              I would like to highlight that I have previously reached out to your customer support team in January to address this issue, but unfortunately, my concerns were ignored, and no remedial action was taken. I find this level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction highly unacceptable, especially considering the impact it has on my financial reputation.

              As a financial institution, I believe it is your duty to promptly address and rectify customer grievances. However, your lack of action and communication have left me no choice but to escalate this matter further. I will be copying the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Ombudsman's office on this email to ensure that the appropriate authorities are aware of the unresolved issues I am facing with ZestMoney.

              I demand an immediate resolution to the following matters:

              The closure of my ZestMoney account, without any further delays or complications.
              The correction of my loan status in MyCIBIL records, ensuring that it reflects the accurate information regarding closure and payment status.
              Compensation for the mental agony, financial inconvenience, and potential damage caused to my creditworthiness due to ZestMoney's negligence and lack of response.
              I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I expect a prompt response to this email, outlining the steps you will take to address and resolve the issues mentioned above.

              Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution will leave me with no choice but to explore legal avenues and escalate this matter through appropriate consumer forums.

              I anticipate your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution

                I haven't received interest cashback for the EMI of months March April and may.
                While taking the EMI, the policy stated that EMI interest cashback will be credited within 5 to 7 days. But it's been 3 months now and I haven't received any amount.

                I have called customer support for atleast 20 times now and everytime they promised me a date by which I'll receive the amount but I haven't received yet.

                Please look into this matter and get back to me soon.

                    I am Deepak. i took a loan from Zestmoney they promised interest amount from every EMI will be refundable to your bank account but interest cash-back of month December, March, April and may is still pending. i have raised a complain on 11 jan 2023 for December month cash back but nothing happen. all there customer service executives only ignoring the complain no one has any suggestions even there senior also gave fake promises. i have attached trail mail for your reference. please take necessary action as soon as possible

                      I had placed an order in Flipkart using Zestmoney on 6th March 2023 and the 1st EMI of INR 1, 981 was debited on 05th April 2023, however, on 6th April 2023 I received complete refund of INR 5, 048. But even after the closure/cancellation of my order, I haven't received the refund if my 1st EMI that was debited.

                      Also, I have been calling the zest money's customer care almost every day and always receive an update the the refund would be 7 working days. Surprisingly, today the CSE informed that there is no refund amount in the loan account and I would receive a call from a senior office to discuss on my pending request but no one turned up and I have been left hanging for more than a month now.

                      Request your intervention to get the refund along with per day interest that I had to bear for the loss.

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                        I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with unwanted charges being debited from my bank account by Zestmoney. Despite having made payments on the due date, Zestmoney attempted for the NACH and my bank charged me Rs. 850 approx.

                        I have tried reaching out to the customer service of Zestmoney, but I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the employees. They were rude and did not even listen to my concerns carefully. They answered like robots, and I did not receive any proper solution to my problem.

                        Furthermore, even this month, the EMI has not been deducted on the 5th, and I have sufficient balance in my account. I request you to look into the matter and ensure that such discrepancies are not repeated in the future. I also request that the debited amount be refunded at the earliest.

                            I took a loan with Loan I'd 8E9DC2DF82C9 which has an offer of providing 50% cashback on processing fee. But even after 6 months of loan they are not providing me the cashback. I have complaint ( complaint id #3211072) about this several times but executive always ignore my concern and ask to wait. They asked me to send screenshot of offer message and I sent them to their email but they are not willing to resolve my problem. Even after 3 months of regular complaining them on their email and over calls, they are just ignoring my issue.

                              Irritating: Cash back interest amount was not credited to my account for consecutive two months.

                              I got convinced by the sales person in the Apple Showroom, Phoenix Mall, Chennai. I believed that if Apple Showroom is recommending Zest Money, then it is worthwhile to go. BUT TURNED TO BE DISASTROUS!!!

                              Never ever recommend Zest Money to my circle.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the financial services provided by ZestMoney. I had taken a loan from ZestMoney Loan ID : [ 7948A6F53348 ] and made the required payments on time. However, I recently discovered that ZestMoney failed to make a payment on MAR'23 to their vendor (Piramal Housing Finance), which resulted in a negative impact on my credit score and reduced it by almost 100 points.

                                I have contacted ZestMoney multiple times regarding this issue, but they have failed to take any action to resolve the situation. As a result, I have suffered financial damage and a negative impact on my credit score, which is a serious concern for me.

                                Along with this issue, for the month of october i.e.[protected] repayment of amount 9907 was completed from my end. Till date I haven't received the interest cashback of 1448 Rs. Same is the case with my March & April month payment as well which was completed on[protected] &[protected].

                                I request you to kindly look into this matter and investigate the actions of ZestMoney for their negliance. I believe that their failure to make a payment to their vendor (Piramal Housing Finance) and the resulting damage to my credit score is a violation of the guidelines and regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India.

                                I request that you take appropriate action to ensure that ZestMoney follows the rules and regulations set by the RBI, and that they provide me with the appropriate compensation for the damage caused. I have attached the relevant documents and evidence to support my claim.

                                  Had get a single loan from zestmoney on 10/04/2022 .and i had paid it off on time and it's
                                  LOAN ID NUMBER IS #6CA71D74F700.
                                  And it's account number is ZESCDLN00001082 and zestmoney provided me NOC of that it.
                                  But in CREDIT REPORT Not any information showing about it.

                                  But with same data and information and same
                                  loan Id another one account that is ZESCDLN00000E28 is showing in my credit report.

                                  I had get just only one loan from zestmoney of 9000rs on 10/04/2022.and i paid it off in advance and on time.
                                  ZESCDLN00000E28 this account number loan doesn't belong to me this is some kind of a fraud with me, by your side or your partner.
                                  Please remove ZESCDLN00000E28 this account from my credit report as possible as early with good healthy credit report.

                                  ZESCDLN00000E28 and ZESCDLN00001082 both account are hold same LOAN Id and same loan agreement and that is #6CA71D74F700.

                                  How is that possible..?? One loan ID request and two accounts of same data..?

                                  Please find out that error, why this was happened.!

                                  I had contacted with zestmoney regards this,
                                  Zestmoney is said, my loan is clear in time in our database and all documents are already provided to you (NOC AND LOAN STATEMENT AND AGREEMENT)no any problem by side of zestmoney.

                                  Piramal capital finance don't have any loan agreement belong to ZESCDLN00000E28.

                                  For your help all the documents are attached with this email.
