    I paid all amounts with zest money and zest money did not update the payment with dmi finance. Due to this reason, my credit score is decreasing. I do not have any loan with zestmoney.

    On bankbazaar.com the loan is still showing active and it's affective my civil score

      I have never missed any payment in my life ever, but zestmoney (Dmi finance is showing as if i have missed 1 payment which brought my cibil score down by a many points.

      I am planning to apply for a car loan in 3 months and i don't want a low cibil score as it will harm my chances of getting a low interest rate.

        I bought a phone by using zestmoney loan and l have finished all my loans in zestmoney account. But while checking in cibil statement it shows all my loans are in active. I request you to check my account properly and clear my loan details. Due to multi loan active i can't get personal loan in any bank. Please address this problem quickly, as soon as possible and clear my account details.

          महोदय ज्येष्ठ zest money खासगी फायनान्स कंपनी कडून आम्ही ऑनलाइन प्रॉडक्ट खरेदी साठी कर्ज घेतलेले आहे याआधी आम्ही त्यांचे अनेक कर्ज पूर्णपणे चुकते केलेले आहेत आणि आता नवीन कर्ज साधारण तीन कर्जांचे हप्ते सुरू आहेत महोदय आम्ही प्रामाणिकपणे जवळपास सर्वच कर्ज काढलेल्या कंपन्यांचे हप्ते भरत होतो परंतु कोरोणामुळे अचानक झालेल्या लोक डाऊन त्यामुळे आमच्या वरती मोठी आर्थिक संकट आले आमच्यासाठी स्वतःच्या परिवारासाठी जीवन जगण्यासाठी जे दोन पैसे जवळ आहेत त्याच्यावर तीच आम्ही कसेतरी जीवन जगतो परंतु zest money आपण सांगितल्याप्रमाणे अजून तीन महिने पुढे हप्ते ते थांबायला तयार नाही वेगवेगळ्या अटी घालतात स्टेटमेंट पाठवा आणी व्याज अगोदर भरा मग हप्ते थांबवू असे त्रास देत आहेत आमच्याकडे पैसे नाहीत आणि व्याज कसे भरणार ? बँक स्टेटमेंट पाठवलेले असतानाही त्रास देत आहेत ईएमआय प्रेझेंट करत आहेत सिबिल स्कोर खराब करण्याचे रेकॉर्ड कॉल दारे ऐकवले जाते मेसेज ई-मेल द्वारे आम्हाला पैशांची सारखी मागणी केली जाते कृपया आम्हाला मदत करावी आमच्याकडे सध्या पैसे नाहीयेत भरण्यासाठी आणि रिझर्व बँकेने सांगितले प्रमाणे तीन महिने त्यांनी पुढे मदत द्यावी महोदय या खाजगी फायनान्स कंपन्या जर रिझर्व बँकेचे ऐकत नसतील तर विचार करा आमच्यासारख्या जनसामान्यांना किती त्रास देत असतील तसेच अनेक लोकांना फायनान्स अनेक कंपन्यांचा त्रास सुरू झालेला आहे कृपया आपण तातडीने लक्ष द्यावे तसेच बजाज फायनान्स कंपनीने हे आम्हाला रिझर्व बँकेने मार्चमध्ये हप्ते थांबवण्यास सांगितले होते तरीही आम्ही विनंती करूनही त्यांना त्यांनी आम्हाला बाऊन्सिंग चार्जेस मोठ्या प्रमाणात लावलेले आहेत कृपया या मदत करावी यांनी आमचे cibil score ही कमी केले आहे 😢😢🙏🏻🙏🏻

              I had taken few consumer loans from zest money app. Which i have paid off fully as on july 2019. Yesterday i fetched my cibil report and there i saw 1 installment was showing pending which was having a bad effect on my cibil score.
              I need a noc for all paid off loans and rectification in by cibil report.

                    Its been over 1 week i am continuously trying to get in touch with the zest team but they haven't responded to my query.

                    To tell you a bit about my incident, my credit report is reflecting overdue amount for the past 5 months even though i have cleared all the emi in advance and which is why it is hampering my civil score. I have also talked to the financial institution from whom they shared my credit information. I was notified that correction has been made and it will soon reflect in my credit report but so far honestly nothing has changed.in my freshly generated credit report overdue amount is still reflecting.

                    In addition, they are adding an extra credit line and mentioning it to the individual's credit report without asking their consent. I don't know if that's legal or not or if it's not going to affect my cibil score or not. Point is simply cannot add any credit line without asking the permission of an individual's account. I have noticed many people have complained about the same.

                    So that's why i am here. At last, complaining on a public forum hoping to get some resolution and tell people what a fraudulent startup zest money is.

                    If any of the zest money representatives see this message then i would request to connect me with a person who is dealing in the backend with the technicalities and not your front end customer representative. Because i have done that several times and i haven't got any fruitful response.

                        As i can see in my cibil report zestmoney's ghalla has an inquiry for consumer loan of amount rs: 50, 000 from me on 13- february - 2020.
                        As of my knowledge, i haven't applied or any such a loan from my side.
                        I am suspecting a fraud attempt from the zestmoney side.
                        I need an action towards this.

                            Me and company discussion zestmoney wrong concern updated. I am opt - out moratorium on due date. When i ask your company executive before opt-out moratorium, if i opt-out of the moratorium, then i will not face any penalty or charges then he said you do not have to pay any penalty or charges because your emi is not due then i told him sir, if you say i do emi manually so he told me, after your charges are normal, the system will automatically deduct emi. So i decided that i would opt-out of this moratorium. But zestmoney deducted penalty charges from my account. I followed as he (Executive) told me. I told him if you need proof, you can listen to the recordings. Your executives are responsible for everything.
                            So please refund me or adjust my charges in my upcoming emi.

                                  I have checked my cibil score recently, & found out there are several loan running from different private firms, including ghalla (Zest money).

                                  These loan accounts are fake & is hurting my credit report, i never took any loans from them, i followed up with them on email, but no positive response given, i raise the dispute with cibil but they decline to change.
                                  I never got any loan credited to my account,

                                  All loan accounts mentioned in my credit report is fake, & i am totally unaware of these loans,
                                  I dont know how these firms give loan to someone else & then it shows up on others credit report.

                                  All the mobile no., email addresses & address mentioned in loan details are not mine, only my pan card (Aeyph2521k) details are corrects, all other details are someones else, & i am not aware of it.

                                  Kindly arrange to remove my pan details from these loans as i have never taken any loans from these firms.

                                  I tried to launch a complaint to rbi banking ombudsman, but cannot find the nbfc registered name,

                                  Kindly launch a complaint against them asap, this is a total negligence from their end, how they given loan to someone without proper verification of documents???

                                  why you guys didnt checked the details of pan card before giving loan to someone??
                                  why the address was not checked, why the authenticity not checked for the account you gave loan??

                                  kindly remove my pan card details, as i have never applied any loan from you...
                                  it is hurting my credit report day by day.

                                  and never opened any account in Maharashtra...& never been to Maharashtra...??? how the addresses are of Maharashtra & with several unknown contact no.????

                                  I haven't apply for any loan from zest money only they have my contact number which they are continuously calling and disturbing me . I haven't apply for loan please check all the details because no money has been transferred to my any account .
                                  What the heck they are doing without any verification they are giving loan to anyone .

                                    I have used zest money and paid all the emi and the acount was closed but still they reported 2 payment failed and my cibil score is impacted and who is this dmi finance which I never know reported it

                                      I went through my cibil credit report and saw dmi finance has issued 2, 23, 000 rs for me on the behalf of zest money, but zest money has just given me 33000 as my credit limit in their app. This is totally un acceptable and shocking, zest money has received 2.33, 000 on behalf of me and issued just 33, 000. I request to take actions and cancel the above said loan or reflect the entire 2, 23, 000 on my zest money account. I have attached the photo of the loan from dmi finance reflecting on my credit report
