Guys - zestmoney will seriously impact your cibil. I applied for zest money emi services and opted for a no-cost 3 months emi on mmt. To my utter surprise and shock my cibil dropped by close to 50 points owing to some ghalla and dm finance, this is completely misleading and serious fraud. How can every time one opt for his credit limit, there will be an impact on cibil? If this is the case, no one should ever use your service.

Please treat this on priority. For example, if i use a credit card and my limit is let's say 1 lakh then why the hell will a hard check be done every time i use my pre-activated money limits? By the time someone uses the complete service, the cibil will take a huge hit.

    Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance & ghalla which i am not aware of this ghalla consumer lona

    I signed up in zest money tab and also using this app.But no delete account available in this app.
    But some options it's mentioned but it's not working

          I have taken two product loans in zest money last 5 month i have not paid two days before i have clear all the pending emi of one product.in-between time one of staff call me and using such a bad words and she said make the payment else i will beat u in my slipper and she telling any my parents in very bad and she scold my mom in very bad even i am not supposed to say that word. Yes it is my mistake to delay but see i was paid and clear the one product pending loans.. It is really painful how peoples are using a words like this.. So finally i have make the payment and. Now i am going to tamil nadu south regional consumer court to the legal.

          I was getting a call from this number [protected] through this number only she was using that kind of nasty words and all..

            Hello,

            I had a loan in zest money and i have cleared all payments on or before due dates.

            Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance (1 account) and 2 payments missing i have never missed any payments i can provide full statement for this.

            From past 4 months i am writing continuous emails to [protected]@zestmoney.com & [protected]@zestmoney.com with complete details & i connected have zestmoney many times but they are not able to solve the issue still in my cibil report the account is showing as active

            Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, as this impacts my cibil report is going down

              मेरे zestmone accountse मेरे approval के बिना amazon voucher purchase करके use किये गये. Its unauthorized transition, ऐसा एक नहि बल्कि दो बार हुआ है, एक 4th nov 2019 को 15152 rs का fraud हुआ था, तो मैने zestmoney aur cybercrime मे complent, कि और zestmoney से मेरा account block करने के लिये बोला मगर उन्होने block नही किया तो फिरसे, 7december 2019 को सेम fraud 3144rs का हो गया, यदि उन्होने मेरा account block कर दिया होता तो यह fraud नहीं होता, so plz cancel my amazon pay loan account and delete my account.

                Friends dont take any loan from zestmoney and 420 dmi finance. If you take any loan and even if you pay on time they will report n number of late payments to credit beuros..

                Im contacting them through calls/mails from 3 months... But still they didnt resolved my issue.. They literally harassing me mentally..

                Before taking loan from this company my cibil-792 now its 669

                Experian before - 769 now its 651

                They reported 17 fake late payments and ruined my credit score...

                Once you take any loan from this company they will make sure you never get any loan/credit card in your life from any bank

                    loan amount showing outstanding in cibil score

                    I took two loans from zestmoney and are already paid in full. I checked my cibil score and it is reflecting as dmi finance and amount is showing outstanding and late payment is reflecting. However i have made all payments before due date.

                    I have attached screenshot of my experian credit report. The same thing is happening in cibil...

                    wrong information to credit agencies - higher amount showing in cibil

                    In my cibil report, it shows an amount of Rs 195000/- is pending with zest and DMI finance. But i have never taken a loan of Rs 195000 from zest money.. This entry affecting my CIBIL Score very badly.. i have took 3 consumer loan and all closed on time but they provided wrong data to TransUnion & Experian. I am continiously taking follow up from last 3 month with ZESTMONEY but they are careless, They ask for mail of CIBIL report again & again...

                      I didn't contacted zestmoney for emi. When i called to them and asked how emi is activated on my name they said like this... (They received my documents from simplilearn team (Who provide online education). (I gave my documents to simplelearn when they said that docs are required for only activating my profile. But they forwarded my documents to zestmoney team without knowing me.)

                      Note) when zestmoney activated emi i didn't receive any intimation that they are activating. They didn't took any physically signed documents from me. How can i know emi is activated.

                      Note2) they are not cancelling the emi although i requested to cancel.

                        Zestmoney से मैने 51000 का लोन नहीं लिया और उसका भुक्तान मेरे से मांगा जराहा ह
                        इसके पहले 1000 के कूपन बिना मेरे इजाजत के
                        शुरू किया थी जिसका मैने zestmeney को सूचित किया गया
                        फिर zestmoney का कहना था आप अपना मोबाईल नमबर और मेल आइडी बदल दो तो कोई लोन नहीं होगा, । फिर भी लोन चालू किया गया
                        अब कम्पनी अमेज़न के 51000 के कूपन मुझसे वसूली करने चाहती ह जिसका मैने कभिं लोन नहीं मांग की
                        जो व्यक्ति अमेज़न पे के कूपन इस्तेमाल कर रहे हे
                        उसको कंपनी कोई टिप्पणी नहीं किया
                        कोई गुरू कुमार को दिए गए कूपन कोड जिसका खुद कम्पनी को मालूम ह पर खुद कम्पनी नहीं चाहती वसूलना मैने एक शिकाया यत आर बी आई को और एक उपभोक्ता मंच को दिए ह
                        ऐसी कंनियां का NBFC को लाइसेंस निरस्त करना चाहिए जो लोन के लिए
                        दूसरे व्यक्ति को लोन की मांग कर रही हैं
                        क्या zestmoney लोन हर किसी की देती ह
                        जब तक ग्राहक से आप पुनः उसका पेन कार्ड और फ़ोटो और आधार कार्ड नहीं मांगते तब तक उसको लोन नहीं देते
                        तो जब मैने कोई लोन नहीं लिया और कोई आधार नहीं दिया तो कृपया आप बताए यह कैसे संभव ह 51000 का लोन बिना किसी पूछ आप दे दे
                        फिर आप यह के कर अपनी बात रखते ह
                        आपकी आईडी किसी ने उपयोग करके लोन लिया ह
                        जब ग्राहक आपको 2 दो दिन पहले इस बात की जनकारी देता ह फिर भी आप उसका लोन पास कर देते ह
                        और कम्पनी से मैने 33000 का लोन ले रखा तब में क्या आपसे 51000 का लोन नहीं लिया ह
                        तो कृपया आप उसे भुगतान मांगे जिसको आपने लोन दिया ह

                        Zestmeney का मेल आता ह की आप साइबर सुरक्षा कानून को बोले और पुलिस का कहना हैं कोई अफ़ आई आर दर्ज़ नहीं होगी मैने कई बार फोन किया और मेल किया गया पर वो कहते हे आप कारवाही करी हम कोई मदद नहीं कर सकते

                          I have paid off my loan completely on October, I haven't received my NOC till now and my loan is still not showing active, the agent is least bothered when asked about my NOC, before the payment she said she will send it to my email address and after payment she asked me to apply online, and it is affecting my credit score pls do the needfull

                              Make it correct in cibil report
                              I am paying emi earlier than scheduled.
                              But i found a current balance value as 6916/- with dmi[protected] account number. And sanction amount was 2.18l, but you had not yet disbursed the loan. Then how will you say that it was sanctioned amount in cibil. Make ti correct asao. As i received call from our zestmoney executive 29 nov 2019 iam enclosing fresh cibil report. Make it follow up.

                                  I have got a loan from zest money for an online course with simplilearn. Later i had trouble using the course and with lot of back and forth request simpli learn agreed to process my refund.

                                  Before reaching out to simplilearn, zest money promised that if i have confirmation of cancellation from simplilearn. I can get my refund,

                                  Noe simplilearn approved my refund and its been a month. I have wrote to zest more than 10 times and no resolution.

                                  Last week one girl called and asked for 3 days time to process refund, today again some one responding to my email that refund is not possible. If im not using the products and it was returned. My money was sent back to zest from simplilearn, why zest wants to keep my money without providing any services or product, this is looting

                                    Please dont take any loan from zestmoney and dmi finance you regret yourself after that

                                    Tickedt ids[protected], 02221976, 02553111, 02563133, 02998151... Etc

                                    I have multiple loans with dmi finance through zestmoney, i shocked to see that they reported 18 late payments to cibil and a loan of 188000 rs which i never took from them. They literally destroyed my cibil and im sending emails and calling to them from last 2 months and shared my cibil report 4, 5 times but still they didnt resolved the issue.

                                    Couple of pre-approved loans have rejected because of this wrong cibil report by this fraud company

                                    Now im decided to complaint to rbi banking ombudsmann on zestmoney (Camden town technologies) and dmi finance.
