[Resolved] Zestmoney — fraudulent transactions and a fake loan

I recently got a harassment call from zest money stating that I am not paying them the emi, about this I had no knowledge. When I called customer service they informed vouchers worth Rs32000/- have been transferred to my account as a loan for shopping with amazon. All this was done without any information, neither I signed any document regarding this loan. When I spoke to them further and conveyed the same I was assured that this loan will be cancelled within 24 hours as I wasn’t even well so I had attached my hospital documents. I was given assurance it will be resolved. Vouchers will be cancelled and so will be the loan. But after contacting them several times still my bank account is getting automatically debited for these emi which I have no idea about. Please help with the same.
