Hello Zest Team, Greetings ! Thank-you for your email. When I opted for ZestMoney EMI, it displayed a small note saying that the interest would be credited back after each EMI payment. Also, when contacted your customer care executive, she too confirmed the same and assured me that the offer was going at that moment and eventually I will avail the benefit. Since a long time my husband, Madhu Chand (madhuchand.[protected]@gmail.com) has been using ZestMoney and he explained me its offers and when I registered myself it showed me offers without any interest, thats the reason I opted for this EMI. If by any chance/reason there is an interest then I will be not at all interested. I dont have any need to buy a fancy item and pay additional charges. If you still are charging me interest charges, then it is purely cheating and malpractice. Since, at the time of loan application your app didnt show any interest charges. And if you do not reverse the cheated interest charges then i must knock OMBUDSMAN's justice door and narrate my concerns. Anyways, first things first, here are my proposals: 1. Do not charge any interest charges, if you do so then I shall cancel the product from Amazon or I will not take the delivery. Once the amount gets credited back to Amazon Pay, then you can void the vouchers. Or 2. You can convert the transaction from 6 months to 3 Months EMI. So, that there are no interest charges. Verified Support Nov 27, 2018 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Pavani Madhu, We understand your concern but would like to inform you that the offer is decided by the merchant and the offer is applicable for 3 months EMI tenure. Unfortunately, we will not be able to change the tenure as the loan is already active. Also, as the offer is not applicable for 6-month tenure, hence we will not be able to wave off the interest. We have attached the screenshot of the offer how it would appear to our customers when they select the tenure after the changes were made by the Merchant i.e. post 15th November 2018. My name is AMITAVA BISWAS I made an application through Zest Money loan. But they give me 45000 rupees loan. So I couldn't activate credit limit.
