[Resolved]  Zestmoney — invalid loan needs to be cancelled

I have ordered some products on myntra on the 21st of dec'19. However, the order has not been processed due to a payment gateway failure, but zest has processed the loan incorrectly. I have requested to cancel out the invalid loan but zest has requested for a cancellation confirmation from myntra which i have provided on 27th of that month. But, the loan is still active and i am afraid my cibil could be affected for the delay that they are making in providing the resolution (I already have an open cibil correction request for another loan which they have reported incorrectly). The loan is due in 5 days, i kept chasing them over [protected]@zestmoney.in with no success since 20+ days..!!

After following up on alternate days for 2 months, finally got a response that they have fixed the issue and are now working on the refund. Happy that the problem is resolved finally!

Nope. I think some interns are looking into technical erros related to finance. I've clearly sent the payment failure update and that was a gateway failure one and Zest support team after 18 days comes up with a resolution saying we are cancelling the loan if we get refund from Myntra!! How will Myntra send you the money when they have not received it and that the cancellations main reason!!

And now, an update saying that they are trying to cancel another loan which is a valid one after making me wait for 20 days when I've clearly mentioned them the invalid loan ID 3 times already!!
