[Resolved]  Zestmoney — personal loan application

Hello Zestmoney, Firstly i would like to say that i am pretty happy with your services. But now i want to submit a case here. I got an SMS from your side that i am eligible for Pre- approved personal loan of Rs24000 and i have to give a missed call on the given number in the SMS. On 11th of june i give a missed call on that number. On12th of june i got a link in the email to apply for that loan. I open that link and thaught that it is not suitable for me because its repayment schedule is of 2years. But i need to repay it in the shorter duration. I didn't take any action on that and upto 19th of june i received reminder SMS from your side that my loan application is incomplete and i have to complete it. But on 21st of june when i was going to complete that application it shows that the link is expired. Till from that day i approached Customer services but didn't receive any reply. I have been approved and loan amount of Rs.24000 against which 3 vouchers has been issued to be redeemed at Amazon . But when itried to redeem.it shows error I have raised this issue with zest customer care and Amazon also but till date the issue is not resolved. I have cleared all my 6 months EMI'S with interest but till date the issue is not resolved and not bothered to resolve it also. This is very bad on the zest part. Hope the concerned higher authorities will intervene and resolve this issue. Awaiting for a response from the team asap

Hi.I have paid downpayment through zestmoney to confirm a trip with oyo total holiday.but because of some unavoidable conditions I had to cancel the trip.now to get the refund, zestmoney customer care is not responding my call..or oyototal holiday staff also couldnot give me a solution.very bad experience with both oyo n zestmoney..please give me the proper process of cancelling a loan and getting the refund.my loan id is_97364A45A848.
