Hi, i requested zestmoney for cancelation of my loan (voucher). I haven't purchased any item. Instead of canceling loan zest is forcing me to accept the loan and pay emi amount. I haven't buyed any goods . I request you to solve my problem .I will be happy if my issue is resolved. Thank you. Verified Support Sep 06, 2019 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Devajani, We appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your ZestMoney account. We value your relationship with ZestMoney. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. As an exception, we have taken the request for cancellation of your Loan. We will forward your request and inform you of the status of the cancellation once we receive an update from Merchant. Post confirmation from the Merchant the loan will be canceled which takes around 5 - 10 business days. Please do not redeem the voucher while the cancellation is in process. Once the voucher is redeemed it cannot be canceled. Team ZestMoney. | |||

I haven’t purchased any products.but one SMS came today that your emi loan amount is rs 2000 and above is due date is on 13/09/2019. This is my complaint. Please do the need full thing
