[Resolved] Zestmoney — vouchers issued to me have been redeemed by somebody else | |||||
I was issued two vouchers from zest money on october 10th which i was supposed to be used on the amazon website. I wasn't able to redeem the vouchers and when i contacted zest money i was told that the vouchers will be cancelled but after a weeks time i started getting emails from zest money about the emi plan for the same vouchers. I contacted amazon as well and they said on october 10 a person called vikas attri has already redeemed those vouchers. I have lodged the complaint in cyber crime as well as suggested by zest money supervisor kamlesh chandelkar. Was this information helpful? | |||||
