[Resolved]  Zestmoney — wrong cibil report

With zest money i have already closed all my accounts after paying my dues but still there is some outstanding which is reflecting in my cibil report due to which my cibil is very low. Something is reflecting as ghalla and dmi finance as outstanding in my report. Zest money is not updating my any details with dmi finance and dmi finance don’t have any update regards to outstanding. There customer service is always busy. Even after marking multiple emails to zest money and dmi finance they are not giving me any proper reply. Such an harassment to customer.

I have already made all payments and deactivate the account in dec 2019 still some payments as 1800Rs GHALLA and DMI finance as almost 18k is still reflecting in my cibil.
