Hi digi India, this is inform that the company Zeta app, has issued debit card, and has taken money rs.1800, and staying ignorant, they may develop into fake for further customers, take care of them, and resolve to refund the money in my wallet.The transaction failure is not there responsibilities, the company customer care has responded very bad to the user .thank you. I used zeta card for purchase the groceries and have sufficient balance too.
While use the card, it shows "Calling for HR" and denied to debit the amount from card.
Kindly have a look over this and solve this problem as early as possible.
