Hi,
I had made a payment of Rs 3500 on 6th January 2022. The money has debited from my bank account but yet to credited in Zeta account.
My Bank has confirmed the transaction was successful.
I had contacted Zeta support team many time and I haven't received any response or credit my money.
I am writing this with lots of disappointment as I haven't received a response from Zeta.
Looking forward to hearing from you and expecting a earliest action.
