Horrible customer service. In spite of promising to come and fix the device every Saturday (the only day provided by your technician) the phone is either switched off or not received. It has been 2 months of chasing you'll. It's a hindrance. What security are you'll providing? I am going to post this on all social media platforms and ask my influential friends to do the same. The WORST SECURITY SYSTEM EVER.

Zicom video door bell not working in my flat since 28.09.2017. I had booked a complaint no. 396269 on 28.09.2017. For your side commit the complaint resolved within 48 hour, but pending till date. Your services is very very poor. I am not satisfied for your services. Please improve your service and resolved complaint in committed time.
