Still we waiting your reply to solved my company sms alert problem
We are a jewelers thats way we get your system for our safety but so long time our problem not resolved way?
From 1 year we 2 complain only to your company
1. 28/01/2017 & solved date 27/02/2017
2. 19/07/2017 & when solved date not given to me

And our compnay pay full amount to pay for our system maintatence?
And we cant wait after complain date...
