We have purchased zicom product for our project. After installation the product was working only for a week and then none of the products was working. We purchased 34 units for our entire project. Since the zicom channel partner company is closed we directly contacted zicom for solving the issue but its been a year now we are still in the same status. We have launched the complaint in website thrice but we dint get any solutions. Chennai branch visited our site for an eyewash. Till now none of the problems was solved.
