I suggest to all people, please do not waste your precious money on visiting the place. doctor is not so much care about patients when I went there, they promised that my back pain problem would be solved forever.They didn't check me as well and .i paid lots of money but didn't recover.

I have been a sufferer too. They advised my mother with Glucosomine and all oral medication which to my surprise are all mixed with steroids. My mother after taking the medication not only suffered from high blood pressure but also had heavy swelling in her knee. The doctors are highly unskilled to deal with such disorders, they are just there to make money. I know atleast 4 more other patients who discontinued to take their advised medicine. They are cheating people, not only they are re packing homeopathy medicine but also claiming to be FDA approved, actually just one of the machine is FDA approved not their treatment procedure. Recently my mother started vomittig blood, so I have stopped all medication, as advised my some senior doctors. We should all stand up to ask them for a heavy compensation.

I had taken my mother to Zylaxo Advanced Pain Solution about 3 months back. After consultation and diagnosis she was prescribe some oral medication along with Glucosamine. After taking these medicines for sometime her swelling increased immensely and her movements which was ok before completely stopped. She started having other side effects as well like increase in blood pressure and heart palpitation. When I had taken her back to the clinic they prescribed her some kind of therapy along with more medicines. I had indulged into same but that did not work as well. Now she is totally crippled and doctors there are not very keen on commenting on her status. What I feel now is that they are simply making money by making false diagnosis. It is totally shocking that they are doing this with everyone. I would request the proper authorities to take immediate action so that the society is not fooled or misguided.

My Mother aged 66, is an Arthritis patient.
After reading an advertisement in our Electricity Bill, I have taken my mother to Zilaxo.
First let me tell you my Mom's Arthritis History. My Mom is suffering from Arthritis for the last 1.5-2 years. Her pain in her left knee keeps on increasing and decreasing on different times. I have also consulted with different Doctors about it.
Due to Gastric Ulcer my Mom cant take too many or high doze Pain Killer all the time.
Still my mother could walk with difficulty and she does normally all light house hold activity, like Cooking, playing with my Kid, going to Bathroom, and nearby ground, etc.
After I have taken her to Zilaxo, Ultadanga Branch, they had thoroughly checked my mom's leg and suggested some medicine, which is only available with them, and some physiotherapy.
The medicine cost was around 3500/- for 20 days and they have taken some 500/- advance for some Physiotherapy which they claimed that can only be possible with them as they have some exported Machinery for the same. This 500/- can be later adjusted with Dr fees or medicine they said, if we did not need the therapy, according to them.
They have also made some discount as we provided the ad cut piece of the Zilaxo.

I have consulted with them 2 times and has taken medicine for around 1.5 months, which totally cost me around 2500+3500+1000= 7000/-.

The situation is that as long as my Mother is taking these costly medicine just for those days my Mother is not feeling such pain and can also walk normally.
But as soon as the medicine is stopped, from the very next day my Mother is becoming Bed Ridden, She is now without those medicine can't even walk 4-5 steps.
Now they are not even ready to convert those 500/- advance for Physiotherapy they had taken into medicine, as they committed, as I do not wish any kind of Physiotherapy of her with their so called exported machinery.

My Mom who used to do all light House Hold activities previously, now after taking Zilaxo medicine, is completely bed ridden, as long as she is taking those medicine she walks and as soon as those medicines are stopped she is immobile.

The Doctors of Zilaxo are also not confident enough, they are not at all giving convincing answers. When asked that will knee replacement cure her, they are giving desultory answers, that it may cure her or it may also make her completely bed ridden.

What is this happening? Are this Organization for Curing or for Business Making?

I guess you guys don't understand English or should i explain you in any other language which would be convenient for you guys. When an individual is raising a complain for the proble that has been fased by the treatment and the medicine provided by Zilaxo and the Ray Therapy. Now from where the hell the competitors are coming into picture. I guess you guys need lot of training on understanding what the patient is trying to say instead of solving the problems and make then fit and fine. Now the Zilaxo website is registered under Mohammed Khalid 116 CR Avenue . If you guys are really serious about the issue. I have to file a case on three of you guys and the Dr. Who treated my dad Mr. Mahmood Alam, now a retired IG, IPS. So i guess that would be a easy to make you guys understand better. So hopefully i an going to file a case against wrong Therapy suggested. Meet you guys in the court and i will make sure that all the center are closed. An advice come up with solutions because i fill charge an compensation for all that happened to my dad after i went to Zilaxo.

As you guys mess up with the wrong person and tried policy of Money Making rather than resolving the patients problem. As if it seems like they are trying if this medicine is not working then this one should work because they themselves don't know the Medicines like which they sell to the patients.

A total waist of time and money if any one goes to Zilaxo on the 1st Visit them will give you the Medicine which i attached on my 1st complain and on the next visit they will change the medicine and the main motive of them is to make the patients go for Therapy with some nonsense advice with is the Money Making Policy for them.

I think alternative therapies are a good way to relieve chronic pain. I have heard a lot of positive feedback about Zilaxo. Reviews here are a bit surprising. May be it is an aberration from the usual. There might be some misunderstanding from either side. Did you try to talk to the organisation and express your dissatisfaction?

I have seen my mother get very good results for osteoarthritis by undergoing physiotherapy at Zilaxo. I am surprised to hear so many negative reviews on Zilaxo. I think there is some mis-understanding somewhere. I would suggest to those who are dis-satisfied with the services to Zilaxo to make an appointment directly with CEO of Zilaxo. I have seen him to be very helpful. I am sure if you seek a meeting with him he will give a patient hearing to your complaint and try his best to resolve the issue.

I have read many complaints, but being a former physician of Zilaxo I must focus on one comment regarding Steroidal Heeffect of drug which are given by physician belonging to Zilaxo, listen Homeopathy does not believe on Steroid so there is no possibility to mix Steroid in Homeopathic medicines . now the question of Glucosemine, it is a food suppliment which can reduce the pain to some extent as well as regenerate the cartilage due to which you are suffering from! But in very case where surgery is only choice, but surgery is not 100% secured, , so people come at Zilaxo for some relief, so do not think so, Homeopathy only can fight against your disease, Regads, u

One shud be carefull about Clinics which provide their own medicine. If Zilaxo is providing homeopathic medicines, then it shud be available with outside clinics.
Most of the time such in house medicines contain allopathic medicines Specially steriod.

But going by your own experience and the response from Chief Quality Officer and other from Zilaxo, it is very apparent that I should avoid visiting this place. Their repeated attempt to establish any complaints as a plot by their "competitors to indulge in cheap and unethical practice of propagating rumours" speaks very well about their approach towards patients.

We only give sealed medicines which have been approved by the Drug Controller of India. For homoeopathy, we dispense medicines of reputed organizations like Dr. Reckeweg and Schwabe (Germany). Naturoveda Therapy otherwise known as Zilaxo Advanced Healing Destination is simply a money making racket, a brand carefully crafted to perfection by certain business owners under the garb of looting money from gullible people in the name of world class treatment, by claiming to have proven remedial cure for most pain related conditions. It is merely a profit making enterprise who specialize in cheating customers by luring them through online advertisements and other forms of mass marketing tactics into falling prey to their shoddy and misleading treatment and charging them exorbitant amounts of money by engaging them through a series of therapeutic methods that has no proven medical or healing benefits other than being self-proclaimed. It is ineffective against any forms of painful symptoms and an utter nonsense.

This is a falsely acclaimed holistic healing destination that knows how to rip individuals of their hard earned money, by emptying their pockets.
They are an abomination and a disgrace to the health fraternity and the society at large. In other words an inferno and a place of eternal retribution reserved for the damned, a loathsome and a reprehensible holistic and therapeutic agency/institute condemned by the Almighty himself!
