Zimmber — Filthy service, layback & fraudulent attitude - fraud zimmber co !!!

My name is Raj& Im from Delhi. Unfortunately I have filled in a form with "Zimmber.com" for my Chroma AC service on 17th July 2015 for which they have claimed Rs500 & told that they can give a discount of Rs200 after I have told them that Rs300 is the normal cost. They have agreed on it. I have got my Order ref: OR[protected] on 18th July. The very 1st visit was scheduled at 4pm on 19th July. It was damn hot weather & in order to have a peaceful sleep, I have been early from my office & waited from 3:30PM. To my shock, nobody called or confirmed the same & I have waited for these filthy guys for 3-4 hours. I have called them many times from 4PM to 9PM. To which they kept on saying that their so called "Champs" are about to reach by 7PM. These guys must be called "Loosers" as they have reached at 9:30Pm after so many follow ups and calls to them. They have claimed that the gas needs to be filled in for which they will be charging Rs1800. The Gas is filled in for Rs900 and they have asked for double amount. I have negotiated again & it was fixed at Rs1, 730. I have paid them Rs1, 730 in cash after their work was finished for which they took 3 hours. I had to be awake till 12:30 midnight to give them time to do the work. One of the guys have given his no while going back & told me to call him for any future work instead of calling Zimmber. He also told that he will be coming back in a day or 2, as there might be some leakage of gas. His name is Surinder with phone nos : [protected] & [protected]. The Ac has stopped cooling again the very next day and He never picked his calls. I have called him numerous times & then Had to call Zimmber customer care again for complaint. I have called again bt they have given many scheds & appointments but nobody turned up. We kept on waiting. Somebody from my home waited for them many times but these filthy people never turned up after taking money & did not even bothered to respond properly. On to which, I have to talk to so many people, so many times to complain again & again.
After putting lots of efforts, They have confirmed the service again on 27th July. As usual, they were to reach at 7PM and did not turn up till 9PM even after so many follow ups. They always gave different excuses everytime for not reaching on time. The 2nd appointment was again many hours late & again did not resolve the issues. They just fixed it for few hours & then the same issue again. I had to call them again & follow the same torture & spoke to many supervisors named Anthony, Ram and few fake supervisors. All of thses guys have promised for final resolution and their best guy for the same.
They have again blessed me with their presence after so many follow ups & calls on 22nd august. I was already frustrated to the core uptil now. I have demanded them to be on time, for a change. To my shock, they have again 2 hours late, as usual and gave lame excuses for being late. They were supposed to reach by 7PM but on calling at 7:30PM, they said that they cannot come for the appointment, on my shout & warnings, they have BLESSED by coming at 9PM instead of 7PM.
All thses while I have been tortured by all the customer care executives with their fake committments and also by their "LOOSERS" too.
On 22nd August, they have examined the AC & committed that have found out the issue & it will take 3 days in continuos flow to resolve it forever. It was examined & taken over by "Sarvjit" with phone no "[protected]". On 22nd August, they just came for formality & went back in 10 minutes after giving their "SO called EXPERT COMMENTS". On the next day(23rd August), they were again supposed to come at 7PM. But, by now, you also must know whats in the nature of a company(Unprofessional, Filthy, Cheapster), it cant be changed. They came again at 9:30PM by giving excuses. I think the company's management & stake holders must be so UNPROFESSIONAL & may be from some CHEAP SADAK CHHAAP background that they do not even understand the customer service part at all. I believe nobody cross checks or maintain or check the Quality of the service or they might not be able to afford a QC department at all.
After the service on 23rd, they were supposed to come for the final service on 24th August. I have warned them again & again to reach timely. However, they did not even turn up on 24th at all. And that too, they did not inform me. I have waited till 7:30PM, then I have tried them and to my shock they said that they cant come for the same and made lame excuses. I have asked them to refund my money for so much torture and claimed double of what I have paid.
They have started many cheap "Marketing Tactics" to avoid the Refund. To the utmost, they have made a call through a female employee named "Khushboo Arora " with Phone no " [protected]" to convince me for another chance to ZIMMBER. I have received continuos calls from her & she tried her best to use a female voice for those cheap marketing tactics & to settle me up, so that I wont raise a voice & will not ask for REFUND.
She has claimed that if the work will not completed by the next visit, then she will REFUND double from ZIMMBER. I have agreed on giving a last chance. For a change, they came on time on the 1st week of September & made some temperory arrangement. It worked for few days again as they had Gurantee for 7 Days, they let it work fir nearly 7 days to fulfill their part of service as they knew that I had all the evidences to sue them & claim for all the losses & harrassment legally.
I have complained again about the non-functioning on 10th Sep and after going throught the same tortues, they did not turn up on 10th and they came today on 11th Sep. It was so shocking that they had the audacity to come late again & claimed that my cooling pad is faulty & it will cost another Rs3, 500/-. I had to throw them out of my home & called the cops too to arrest them for doing a 420 fraud on me.
They failed to do the service I have paid them hefty for & on top of it harrassed & my family to the core for 2 months & did not resolve the issues, and demanding hefty amount again for their filthy service.

Oh god im worried about my laptop. HP Omen Notebook 15 (Touch)

I sent my laptop for repair of battery yesterday. I have not received any messages since. I want my laptop back.
GOD BLESS U NOW !!! U must have given it to a Legitimate company. Zimmber is a FRAUD co with pathetic service.
Hope that you may get your laptop in good shape. Lets pray for your laptop !!!
