Complaint marked as Resolved Zimmber has not charged me with the cancellation fee as it acknowledged that it was cancelled at their end.
It also encouraged me to use their app again promising me that this wont be repeated.
I hope i wont be disappointed next time.
The customer support team has been very supportive and humble in dealing with this issue.
