Hello,
I took refrigerator repair service. I was told it requires refill of gas and filter change. It was done and they charged me 2400 rs. Next day, again i had to face the same problem. I called them again and again. I was told that senior executive will accompany the person who did the service but no one came. They did the refill of gas 3/4 times but problem was not solved. Finally i took the service from some other company. The problem was solved in 10 minutes. He told the gas which zimber executive was refilling was incorrect.
So, i would like you to refund my money as service was not done properly. It was wastage of my time and my money.
