Zipker Online Services — return not being initiated and worst response from the customer service | |
I had bought 1 saree on 11th march, 19 received same on 13th and had requested for return on 15th, but till date ther is no response from their concern department. I have wrote them around 6-7 mails almost around 50-60 calls but none of them is not at all responded, either switched off or super busy. The customer service is super pathetic and worst. These guys pretend to be super busy. I have texted them on messenger but they replied me stating that pls contact to customer care and mail the request and still back to square 1. So now i want the product of my order id[protected] should be picked up at the earliest. As your team is unnecessarily harrassing the customers but drafting beautiful lines on your website about the customer service but it is not capable of arranging a smile pick up.
