Zipker Online Services — return not initiated even after sending 50-60 calls and 10-15 mails | |||
I had bought 2 items on 13th sept, and received same on 18th and had requested for return on 19th, but till date ther is no response from their concern department. I have wrote them around 10-15 mails almost around 50-60 calls but none of them is not at all responded, either switched off or super busy. The customer service is super pathetic and worst. These guys pretend to be super busy. I have texted them on messenger but they replied me stating that pls contact to customer care and mail the request and still back to square 1. So now i want the product of my order id[protected] should be picked up at the earliest. As your team is unnecessarily harrassing the customers but drafting beautiful lines on your website about the customer service but it is not capable of arranging a smile pick up. The service is very poor. I want you to pick your product and refund the money otherwise i will drag this matter to police and consumer court in case of fraud. Do it by eod or face the consequences.
