Zivacart.com — Online money scam

The company called me and said that i have won an hp laptop worth rupees 100000 and have to buy only a product from their website after which i will be delivered the laptop and then they politely managed to receive 10000 from my account and said it would be soon returned to my paytm after few minutes of transition which never happened and then they said my account is jammed and i have to pay 20000 so that they could complete the the product gst forms or my account will be blocked. Being a student i was unable to pay that amount of money so i had no option but loose my 10, 000 and the amount of product (Around 900) i ordered from their website.
