Zoi Holidays — refund of the cancelled membership

We purchased a holiday package from Zoi Holiday in August 2018.
ZOI Team called us & we went to there office in MG Road Gurgaon where the salesperson offered us the deal of 50 K in which we have to pay 20K min as initial amount.
He said they have very good property domestic and international.
But since it was our first time we were not sure on this for which he said he is offering us a complementary trip of 2 days which we can avail any time post
initial amount of 20k. In addition they promised that if we go to any other city where there property is not there then they will arrange rooms for us
with there ties ups. It was clearly communicated by their Team that amount paid is REFUNDABLE.
We paid the amount of 20 K and we received a welcome letter on 13th Aug where its mentioned that we will get a complementary 2 days stay (screenshot attached )
Due to office work we didn't got chance to explore it at that time and we decided to use there service in March 2019 for which we
informed them way in advance that we will like to use this service for Chandigarh trip
They said they do not have any property in Chandigarh and agreed to provide another option in other hotels for which they asked to pay full amount first.
We informed them over mail and call that we were suppose to get this complementary service after payment of 20k but they denied the same and the sales person whom we dealt with initially has already left the company and there Gurgaon office is also closed now.

Still we asked them to share property rates & rates shared by them were almost 2 times hire than the rates listed in Goibibo, makemytrip etc.

We found all these to be fraud and hence we asked them to refund the amount (20K) for which again they denied and said that only 25% will be refunded.
We have been chasing them since then to provide the refund but they are not ready to. We had asked them to cancel our membership & refund 100% amount which they replied membership already cancelled & NO Refund now.

We have several mail communications for the same & we had sent messages to ZOI owner as well through Linked In which is still not sorted out . (Screen Shot attached ) .

Please help us to get the refund.

Still waiting to get a resolution on this, since they are just trying to dragged it rather then really trying for a resolution on this.
