Dear sir/madam,

I did not want to write this, but i have to as i have no other options.

I received an invitation call and message from zoi holidays, sarovar portico hotel vaishali ghaziabad that i and my wife are invited for free vouchers and 30 minutes of our time. I went there with my wife and they took almost an hour or more to explain their club holidays membership plans.
I and my wife ended up paying 72, 500 a club membership fee choosing 12 month emi option. I was promised

1) interest free emis
2) no charges on gifting holidays.
3) no peak season charges.
4) 7 nights accomodation per year for 5 years.
5) free international holidays for 5 nights.
6) 5 star luxury properties.
7) no charges on extra persons, just number of days to be reduced on prorata basis.

Now whenever i ask for services -

1) i am paying emi with interest to my card bank
2) they dont have availability
3) they will first deny and than will ask for some money for the service and that some money will be equal to tariff of propoerty.
4) 1-2 star property shared and that too after charges.

In short a complete fraud company. When i asked for refund they gave all dam excuses and than convinced me for best of service but when i asked for services they ask for charges and when i asked for refund they are saying t give only 25% of amount.

So i will end up paying 60 k + interest for nothing.

They are fraud. They have some ladies working for them to name few one will commit something and when you talk again they will say she left company and all that.

No commitments no value of words. Customer is c for them. Full fraud, please help me in getting my money returned please.

We purchased a holiday package from Zoi Holiday in August 2018.
ZOI Team called us & we went to there office in MG Road Gurgaon where the salesperson offered us the deal of 50 K in which we have to pay 20K min as initial amount.
He said they have very good property domestic and international.
But since it was our first time we were not sure on this for which he said he is offering us a complementary trip of 2 days which we can avail any time post
initial amount of 20k. In addition they promised that if we go to any other city where there property is not there then they will arrange rooms for us
with there ties ups. It was clearly communicated by their Team that amount paid is REFUNDABLE.
We paid the amount of 20 K and we received a welcome letter on 13th Aug where its mentioned that we will get a complementary 2 days stay (screenshot attached )
Due to office work we didn't got chance to explore it at that time and we decided to use there service in March 2019 for which we
informed them way in advance that we will like to use this service for Chandigarh trip
They said they do not have any property in Chandigarh and agreed to provide another option in other hotels for which they asked to pay full amount first.
We informed them over mail and call that we were suppose to get this complementary service after payment of 20k but they denied the same and the sales person whom we dealt with initially has already left the company and there Gurgaon office is also closed now.

Still we asked them to share property rates & rates shared by them were almost 2 times hire than the rates listed in Goibibo, makemytrip etc.

We found all these to be fraud and hence we asked them to refund the amount (20K) for which again they denied and said that only 25% will be refunded.
We have been chasing them since then to provide the refund but they are not ready to. We had asked them to cancel our membership & refund 100% amount which they replied membership already cancelled & NO Refund now.

We have several mail communications for the same & we had sent messages to ZOI owner as well through Linked In which is still not sorted out . (Screen Shot attached ) .

Please help us to get the refund.

Hd taken a membership of zoi holidays of 65000rs and the membership details saod that we can take holidays for three years in this amount we wanted toke holidays in goa but it was spoilt because of these people main people talking on phone were ms pulak and ms muskan they were not at all keen in giving us holidays but they r only interesed in taking money in the name of membership.. They almost spoilt our goa trip... We hd also informed that we hv done our flight bookings but they cared a damn... Seing this attitude we requested a refund within 7 days of taking the membership but no response again so this travel company is only interested in taking the money thats all in the name of service they r zero...
Also its around 10 months now and they haven't given the membership kit to us... On phone also the response is zero... Pathetic travel agents i must say...

I received an invitation call and message from zoi holidays, office no 203, city center 2nd floor, dt mall, mg road, gurgaon, before 3-4 months ago, they invited me & my husband for free vouchers and 30 minutes of our time. I went there with my husband (Last year in october) and they (Jaffar & 1 other lady) took almost an hour or more to explain their club holidays membership plans.
Me and my husband had payed 5500 registration fees for choosing membership of 12 month emi option. I waited till december - january for receiving message or email regarding the welcome letter, but did not receive anything. I checked their website which does not look genuine and5legitimate. So, i tried to contact their numbers (Jaffar mobile number), he did not responded me, even i contact other number which was mentioned in zoi holidays website, nobody responded to me. I became doubtful and skeptical what to do.
They do not even have customer care or email to complain. They only have email and single phone number[protected] for reservations only. I emailed them and called them and request for refund of the amount before they send me my membership card, but i was told that request has been forwarded, but no one responded.
I contacted jaffar number and requested him to refund the amount and told him that i do not want any membership. He told me that amount cannot be refunded in general cases.
I still do not believe this company and requesting for the refund of my 5500/- amount.

Please help me at the earliest.
