It's been 14 days since i checked out of the zolo property.
They have not refunded my security deposit, despite promising to do so in 7 days.
I try to call their customer support, it's always busy (Seems like many are suffering).
I try to chat with them, they give me generalised pointless replies and pitiful lies.
They told me that i will get the refund by 22nd.
On 22nd (Saturday) they are telling me, it will be done by friday. (How do i trust them?)
I have never felt this helpless.
The amount is not a small one, it's one month's rent, which for me is two months' expense otherwise.
