Zomato Food — refund

I ordered the food from zomato and by mistake i paid the amount and within a minute i cancelled the order as it was by mistake however they did not refund the amount and was told the food was already prepared so could not refund the amount.

It is total harassment.

Please take a stern action against such app food vendors as they harass the public.

They gave me a excuse that the norms are mentioned on the website believe me people will not read all the details before ordering it.

I have ordered food from zomato yesterday. As there is confusion between restaurant names and I booked with wrong one I immediately cancelled the order within 2-3 minutes.
The order got cancelled with penalty equivalent to total bill. Is this fair? Horrible experience.
I just want to get refund asap.

The issue is still unresolved.
I didn’t know who marked it as resolved .
As mentioned the order placed was cancelled within few minutes and zomato is asking for full penalty I didn’t understand how can cancellation charges be full bill.
You are requested to resolve this issue by actually looking into the matter not by just marking it resolved.
I also want to mention if it didn’t get resolved I ll make sure that this app will be deleted from many phones . I ll also post this issue at every social media platform.
Hope you will resolve the matter and process the refund as soon as possible.
My order complaint cancelled my delivery boy without reason & did not get my refund also
