હું 1 મહિના પહેલા zomato સાથે નવું નોંધાયેલું છું . મારું આઈડી હજી એક્ટિવ થયું નથી.
શું તમે કૃપા કરીને મારી સ્થિતિ તપાસી શકો છો

I ordered the food from zomato and by mistake i paid the amount and within a minute i cancelled the order as it was by mistake however they did not refund the amount and was told the food was already prepared so could not refund the amount.

It is total harassment.

Please take a stern action against such app food vendors as they harass the public.

They gave me a excuse that the norms are mentioned...
