I order to purchase mi 20800 mah power bank + vivo power bank 20800 mah. To zookr.in. They sand duplicate samsung battery pack 20800 mah which is not aoriginal samsung logo. And now they r not exchange original product and return amount in zooker wallete. They r actually cheat us. My complaint is i wants to cash back. Mobile no [protected]. My order cod is[protected] delivered on dated 30.3.18 @ 110 alka puri alwar address i talk to them on [protected] phone no now they r saying that sand product to us on charge. Company executives admire his fault that they r not sand original product to us.

They Send Us Samsung's Power Bank and that too Duplicate.They Show there Level and Value in Market.They use many attractive ads like 💯% Ensure and Real Product But they Give You 000% Real and Good Product.
On Bill also they Printed Mi +Vivo But send Samsung.What a Pity are there Services.
We Want Our Money From Zooker ASAP for that Duplicate Product.

I lost 3000 rupees by buying the phone in zooker app. It doesn't work from first day, there is no return policy also. Totally fake product, it doesn't look as they said, and performance also totally waste product
