I have ordered the smart watch phanthom 4g on 28th december 2018 and i have received a watch without a name smart watch which is not as what i have ordered. I have tried several time to connect with zooker and seller. Contacted the customer care and they are asking pic and problem details. I have submitted but the same thing they are asking again and again over phone chat and mail but they are not resolving my problem and not giving any further...

I order to purchase mi 20800 mah power bank + vivo power bank 20800 mah. To zookr.in. They sand duplicate samsung battery pack 20800 mah which is not aoriginal samsung logo. And now they r not exchange original product and return amount in zooker wallete. They r actually cheat us. My complaint is i wants to cash back. Mobile no [protected].
