I order for Vapor KW77 smartwatch @ Rs 1699 (prepaid) through Zookr online shopping. After making order they only give an payment reciept for the transaction. Any other details regarding shipping or other things are not communicated till Booking. The expected delivery showed by the company is 16 Oct 2018. Now i need to cancell the order as i not able to recieve the consignment after 17 Oct 2018. There is no way to contact the company. The number given by them is always busy and keep customer waiting and dropping calls after 3 minutes And also charging for the same. Due to this reason i searched about the company and found it is totally fraud but i dont know how i can go legally agaibst them as they advertise in the mean of facebook and other social medias and a large number of people fooled by them. Nad the refund policy of the company is very strange they say customer should complaint in 48 hrs on reciepting of the consignment. But how can a customer contact them.
