I am looking for the faulty i8 Dual Wireless EarPods replacement whcih was ordered on 04-Sep-2018. I am trying to contact Zookr Customer care [protected] and email [protected]@zookr.in and no answer and e-mail bounced back.

Though their website http://static.zookr.in/ is still active. Anyone can help to update me on the Zookr contact reachable details....

Hi.. I have ordered phantom watch but the received product is irrelevant to the product shown in advertisement.

Also battery was not working fine. I tried to call customer care but no one responded. I sent a mail also but no one responded.

Now I keep this watch useless and spent 1999. My humble request is to not to buy any product from Zookr. Better to Purchase in direct shop...

Mene watch nahi li kyu ki zookr ke review bahot kharab he or wo mere paise return nahi kar rahe he. Mene bahot sare call bhi kiye par wo ab reply bhi nahi karte. I had ordered apple iphone6s 64gb (Almost brand new, refurbished as said in the advertisement by zookr on their site) model using zookr website worth paying rs. 22999/-. The product supposes to get delivered on saturday by bluedart, however, it reached at my bangalore residence address on monday around 13:00 (Blue dart awb# [protected]).

This company is selling fake products by showing advertisements of original product. This is a big time scam happening from the capital of india. Request you to please create awareness to the people of india about the fake website selling fake products....

Purchased a smartwatch from zookr.in. Actually saw an ad and directly went to its page. Selected and placed order for phantom 4g smart watch from their website. They delivered wrong product. A very cheap very low quality that too in crazy tungsten blue color! When i tried contacting them online via their website, they are seriously making fun of me as a cutomer by saying that they delivered the exact product as ordered! This is the same response...

On 3rd Jan 2019 i have ordered 1 smart watch from Zookr site by seeing advertisement on my Facebook page. Same was received after 2 days & watch was not working totally dead & they sent different model vs shown in add.

I ordered phantom smart watch online from zookr. The pic which was shown was not delivered and some local watch they have sent. I have the video as a proo[censored]nboxing the parcel. Without knowing that they are telling we delivered the product shown in the pic.

Please consider this as very serious fraud issue.

I had order vapor kw77 smart watch with camera (Round dial) from this zookr, but the watch which they give me is too cheap watch name tashan t-921.

I have already given feedback and mailed them. Their customer care never gets connected. But still they had not taken any action on it.

Hi zookr.in is conning people by showing one product in the website and delivering some cheap knock offs.

On asking with customer care, they do lie about the products being same although it is clearly visible...

I have ordered i8/7s dual wireless earpods | android & ios compatible | twin | 1 year warranty through web site https://www.zookr.in.
But they delivered i7tws used earpod. After i contact them, they are not responding properly. And it is not working properly also. Only 10 mnts battery backup only.
It does not have gst invoice and warranty card.
They cheated me and i lose money also...

I had ordered a smart watch from the website www.zookr.com, they sold me another company's degraded quality watch and on inquiring they refuse to provide a replacement saying it is as per their replacement policy. I feel cheated. When contacted they took all my details regarding the order number, the awb and also a video of my product. When tried to contact them about returning the product they ignored the same and didn't care at all

This led to delay in our work.

Customer care didn't help at all they ignored any help straight away.

I have bought 3 mobile combos by zookr. One of his executive her name was rajni. She told that all mobile warranty with one year. We have received a damaged & too much rough/old mobile against order tracking ID-[protected] (Zookr STIN: 07AA1CP3427D1ZM). Also the volume key is not available on phone.
As per the zookr detail, product was almost brand new & 6-month warranty was also available on it. But after receiving the product it is shocking while looking the phone condition.
